Martin is now hinting about another major attraction for the DHS redo. Could it be that they've decided to give Guardians a proper E-ticket? It certainly would fall into their pattern of late (sacrifice of Maelstrom here, proper new Frozen ride in DL, sacrifice of Tower there, proper new ride here).

No. All the hints are pointing to GotG going to Epcot.

Going back through that thread, the only indication is that the Tower is safe, not that Guardians has switched parks. Throw in the fact that Martin is optimistic about Epcot's future, and I'm skeptical that they'll end up there, or I think he'd have been less enthused by what he knows. Plus, he said to throw out the earlier rumors, which were the ones with whispers of Guardians.

Just trying to follow along the posts. The posts that I quoted inferred that the simulators would be moved to Star Wars Land and the building would be repurposed.

I think you totally misunderstood that. MF is a sim ride, not that it is using ST vehicles.

Oh no, not at all, I was just saying at the time that those first three options shouldn't be discounted based on what I have heard. Later on I mentioned that what I had heard involves Epcot, but that is as much as I'm saying (I also don't know much more). Anyhow, I'm still curious if what I'm hearing matches up with what Spirit has heard/is hearing. Hopefully we'll all know soon enough.

Trying to wrap my head around this possibly coming to Epcot.....could this be something reminiscent of Captain EO and moving into the Magic Eye theatre? Space traveling crime fighters to the sounds of the 70's/80's?

Sorry, it looks like I contributed to this confusion. I must have misread @Bill Cipher 's post thinking he was just talking about a re-theme of Star Tours, I missed the part about moving the simulators. There is NO indication that Star Tours will be moved to Star Wars Land.
