That's a wild account. What I find weird more than anything is that there are people (including one of our enthusiastic Brer stans) who seem to be fans of such an obviously obnoxious guy. I guess it's part of the whole trolling culture which you either revel in or are repulsed by.

I'm honestly surprised the Disney Character Costume photos are still up on his Twitter/X Account considering how extremely strict Disney is when it comes to stuff like that. One Tweet is a screenshot on the same Mickey head from Patrick's text message gloating about how "Awesome" he or somebody managed to find them.

To echo @Fido Chuckwagon s point on another thread, it’s wild that people are signal boosting (and naming) people who do actual theft and trespass against Disney, while “not naming” an entire site/new org while creatively lifting the photos their journalists/employees take.
I'm having a feeling the "Stolen Kingdom" docu might actually get the attention from current or former Disney Cast Members about Patrick's "Backstage Disney" accounts.

It's been a while since I've followed the news about Patrick's arrest. But If I remember correctly, wasn't he warned not to resume posting photos of stolen material or Backstage photos/videos from Walt Disney World on social media and Youtube? Because if the "Stolen Kingdom" doc manages to gain buzz (no pun intended) after its two showings this month. Then you know somebody at Disney would quickly take notice of his Backdoor Disney accounts and website.

Especially since the Stolen Kingdom doc will premiere tonight at the "22nd Big Sky Documentary Film Festival" in Missoula, Montana at 8:00 PM. Alongside a second showing at the "The 31st Slamdance Film Festival" takes place in Los Angeles, California at 7:45 PM next Sunday.

I could just see Disney pulling a Homan/ICE raid in his house, except in this instance, the illegals they’d be looking for came from Orlando…
Disney after discovering Patrick returned to posting backstage photos and stolen property from Walt Disney World on social media.

Except for that pesky problem of getting a warrant from a judge

Warned? Why would it matter what Disney has to say. It's not illegal to post pictures. Anything he's bragging about stealing that he wasn't already charged with has reached statue of limitations. He can talk all day about every little thing he stole and there's nothing Disney can do.

Unless the restriction was part of his plea deal. Then Disney informs the court, and the court vacates any leniency related to the restriction. The judge also banned him from any Disney parks during his probation. I'm sure Disney also permabanned him as well.

And it's only been 4 5 years: //SUBJECT PS// "was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years probation, 250 hours of community service and restitution. Spikes entered a no contest plea for dealing in stolen property, which landed him 10 years probation."

There's no reason to believe this, is this anywhere in writing? Would he be dumb enough to be in a movie knowing very well that would lead to jail time? I don't think so. Since getting in trouble, he has learned to watch his tongue very carefully.

FEB 4, 2020 is 5 years ago... Even then, 4 years is the maximum statue of limitations in Florida that isn't a capital crime or a crime that results in death. Not that that matters here, because the 4 years is from the time of the crime, not the sentencing.
