Man Accused of Stealing Buzzy's Clothing from Disney World Arrested

It's been a while since I've followed the news about Patrick's arrest. But If I remember correctly, wasn't he warned not to resume posting photos of stolen material or Backstage photos/videos from Walt Disney World on social media and Youtube? Because if the "Stolen Kingdom" doc manages to gain buzz (no pun intended) after its two showings this month. Then you know somebody at Disney would quickly take notice of his Backdoor Disney accounts and website.
Warned? Why would it matter what Disney has to say. It's not illegal to post pictures. Anything he's bragging about stealing that he wasn't already charged with has reached statue of limitations. He can talk all day about every little thing he stole and there's nothing Disney can do.

Unless the restriction was part of his plea deal. Then Disney informs the court, and the court vacates any leniency related to the restriction. The judge also banned him from any Disney parks during his probation. I'm sure Disney also permabanned him as well.

And it's only been 4 5 years: //SUBJECT PS// "was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years probation, 250 hours of community service and restitution. Spikes entered a no contest plea for dealing in stolen property, which landed him 10 years probation."

There's no reason to believe this, is this anywhere in writing? Would he be dumb enough to be in a movie knowing very well that would lead to jail time? I don't think so. Since getting in trouble, he has learned to watch his tongue very carefully.

FEB 4, 2020 is 5 years ago... Even then, 4 years is the maximum statue of limitations in Florida that isn't a capital crime or a crime that results in death. Not that that matters here, because the 4 years is from the time of the crime, not the sentencing.

Man it’s surprising how many people here actually knew this guy
His family went to church with my family, we all lived in the west panhandle. His grandfather owned a bunch of land and gas stations and so a lot of money in the family. He turned out like the typical rich kid that felt he was above everyone which was odd cause like I said, his parents were super kind, humble and modest people.

Is like they say “it’s a small world after all…” lol

Ok, I thought I read that they had Piggly Wiggly supermarkets…more like a Publix than a Wawa…but I’ll take your word for it.
They did, just not large Piggly Wigglys. They may have ownd the larger one but not sure. I know one close to our home was a Piggly Wiggly Express and then there was an older gas station everyone just called “The Buck”.

But yea nothing nice or small like Wawa but smaller than Publix

They did own Piggly Wigglys. As this YouTube video goes over, there were police records in another part of Florida showing that Patrick was actually the prime suspect in a theft at one of his parents' stores, but once the police said that was where the investigation was leading, his parents stopped cooperating.

Another reason why he's not a trustworthy source, including when he now claims Buzzy wasn't stolen.

Yea sounds about right. Actually called my sister this evening to talk about it as she didn’t know much other than then the basics of the Buzzy situation lol. I’ll admit I didn’t even know about him stealing from his own family stores but that tracks. Sadly as kind as his parents are, they seem to be quick to always try and get him out of his own crap.
