What did I miss while I was at the movies? Do we have the cinnamonn rolls back yet?
Missed alot but nothing important lol believe me just more of what was going on before you left just got alot worse and I personally wanted it closed for a little while and so happy they did and they removed some things that were not necessary. Glad to have you back with us! Hope you enjoyed the movie! :)

You should stick around until they change the napkins again.

Someone was killed with a trident last time that happened.

Yeah, that one escalated quickly.

I read these two posts exactly while I was thinking those lines myself! I had a good chuckle.

lol Just got me thinking. Anyway, you're funny George.

When was the napkin soap opera?

Don't tell @George he's funny - it'll just go to his head :)

I think the napkin and cup drama took place last year.

Thread was closed and reopened.

It was?!? I go out to dinner and a movie and miss the whole thing?!? Darnit.

And I was afraid the "thread cleanup" might have removed some of my witty and insightful commentary into modern theme park operations. But I just went back and checked and all the brilliant gifts I offered to this forum on Friday afternoon are all still there, fully intact. Phew! Carry on everyone, and get me a Grande Half-Caf Latte with a Splenda, please.

I prefer my coffee first thing in the morning. The idea of drinking hot coffee at the theme parks, at least an hour or two after waking up, with people jostling about trying to get to attractions, with temperatures and humidity starting to climb, leaving me with coffee breath for the rest of the day, doesn't seem appealing.

I'd much prefer Starbuck's (or any good coffee) at the WDW hotels so I could have it in the room or with breakfast.

Obviously this doesn't apply to iced coffee but then I've never liked iced coffee.;)

Perhaps MSB coffee appeals to those who prefer their hot coffee on the go, bringing a cup into work.

As I asked previously, can we leave out the personal insults here and take it to private conversations if you want to carry that on. This thread is for useful discussion, not petty bickering. It is taking a lot of moderating work to keep this thread open. Thanks.
I apologize and I am sorry I fell into their trap!! Will not happen again from my end! Thanks to all the moderators. We all appretiate it! :)

I'm the same way - the only place I like to have coffee in the morning in any park is in New Orleans Square in DL. Coffee (even bad coffee, since I think that is/was also Nescafe) and beignets there is my perfect morning.

If they took the beignets out of New Orleans Square, I'd probably feel the same way as some of the folks here feel about the cinnamon buns, which is why I can't fault them too much for what is probably a bit of an overreaction.

I prefer my coffee in the form of hot chocolate.

It's kind of weird that you phrased it like that ;) ....but I don't think it's any weirder than drinking coffee every day.
Where are you from? You never here stuff phrased that way? "on the daily" ??
I love cocoa, tea and coffee. I love hot beverages. I drink them all through the summer. I'm so weird. Actually, I just like drinks in general. I'm usually the first person who needs a refill at a restaurant.

I can honestly say that I have never in my life heard that phrase. The appropriate usage would just be "daily" - without the "on the" part.

And I'm from the good 'ol midwest :D

More intriguingly, where are you from? I've traveled all over the world and have never heard of doing something "on the daily".
Okay, being an English major in college I have NEVER heard this either so I had to google it. To my surprise what popped up was The Urban Dictionary. The meaning it gave was "I smoke the ganj on the daily." o_O (Just what I want referenced on a WDW site.) I guess I'm not cool enough to know about this stuff.
