And reverse that...I have to wrap my mom's presents from my dad...not the other way around. He's hopeless at wrapping. :lol:

Just a little something to share with those who still believe that it's so enchanting to have a white Christmas in New England....

This is 5 days after the storm - still over a foot deep in many places, but not it's just cruddy and dirty. Give me a palm tree any day!!!!

We've got mountains of that dirty crap all over the place. It's so &@+#* cold...those mountains are gonna be around for a long time. Hate it!!!!

We have gotten 6 inches of rain today..roof leaking again in another spot..roads underwater, so no traveling to mom and dads tonight! Going out to put two loads of rock in the back of truck and chains on tires just in case of snow tonight..I gotta work in the a.m.! At least we have each other! Merry Christmas to all! God Bless you everyone! :xmas:

Well, apple pie's in the oven, along w/ the baked chicken for our supper....not the best pie I've ever made....*crosses fingers* I'm absolutely wiped out right now....the kids so far aren't in a total fever pitch of excitement yet, but it's not quite 6 yet.

We didn't know what are plans was going to be until about an hour ago. Corey didn't know if he was getting to come home or not. It kept snowing in Abilene today. They got about 6 inches.
All we got was about 1/2 inch of rain and wind.
Well he is on his way home. Roads opened up.
So now we get to have Christmas tomorrow morning as planned.
