So we just cannot catch a break w/ the weather. Yesterday our car got stuck in the snow twice. Thank goodness people in Nebraska are nice and carry shovels w/ them and both times people shoveled us out. Now today we're in a blizzard warning again and may not get to have our get-together and see my Grandpa/brothers/sister before heading out tomorrow. Which, by the way, is supposed to be snow & wind for us driving to Omaha. And Sunday morning when we fly out? YOU guessed it! SNOW in Omaha and St. Louis now where we're switching planes :brick:

I'm sooo mad at my niece right now. So she shows up at 11 to open her gifts, when she was suppose to be here at 10. After she opends her gifts she sticks around for maybe 45 min and then she goes back home, I said to her I'll see you at 2 for lunch. She said o no I'm not coming back my Mom bought me a wii and I want to go play with that. I said you can play with that anytime you can't see your entire family anytime. She goes well that's what I want to do and I'm not coming back. And this is not like a 10 year who doesn't understand she is 17. I'm just livid right now!

((Hugs)) for you both. Steph, I'm sorry the weather is being so stinky for you guys - I hope you can get together with your family in spite of it all. Christa, I'm sorry your niece seems to be terminally self-absorbed - I hope you can have a nice time w/ the rest of your family. :kiss:

Things are good. A little busy at work, but otherwise good. It was weird (and a little sad) being away from home. But I had fun at work today.
