Luxo animatronic on-site behind construction screen at Pixar Place

Well, that is great news the walls are down. I would imagine they would not take the walls down unless they are relatively close.

So, with the walls down, is the actual animatronic visible or not on site? I know people on here have said the smaller one would be behind a closed door. Is the bigger one going to be there as well? Is he going to be behind a closed door?

I assume they need to protect them from the elements, but did not know if it makes more sense on how it will operate with the walls down.

On Friday, construction walls were still up around the location, however, the next day (Saturday) they were down. Things aren't yet perfected.

Nighttime lighting from underneath, maybe? Personally I think the lighting IS a little odd, considering he's a lamp.

he does 2 different shows, one during the day and one at night.... the first picture was at dusk (he controls the lights in the trees up and down pixar place) and this one is during the day today....
