Yeah, but it's Cast-only, and only if you won a spot through a sweepstakes on The Hub. I didn'tThere will be a "Lost" party at DHS Feb.2 from 8-11 pm with a special screening at the Feature Animation theatre.
I was just e-mailed this by ABC--it's an absolutely hilarious recap of all 5 seasons: http://x.go.com/568439?eid=null&uid=46337450
No, it's what I also believe as well. Definitely a major theme of the show. Also, everyone I talk to seems to think that the premise of lost is good vs evil, but I think it goes deeper that that. I think it's more faith vs science, as you have John Locke, a man of faith, against Jack, a man of science. The culture of the Others is entirely faith-based, as they follow Jacob, a man they're never seen or met. I think Juliet was lost in the middle somewhere, as she was an Other yet practices medicine, and that is why she was able to transition from Other to Lostie. I'm probably way off, but just my opinion
I can't wait for the new season to start! I'm really interested in how they're going to connect the time lines. I think that the incident dislodged time originally, and everything that we've seen in the previous seasons is only half of the story- meaning only one of the time lines that was created. Since time split, there must be an alternative and opposite time line with Oceanic 815 landing safely, and I think that is what we'll see in season 6. When Desmond hit the fail-safe, he became dislodged through time, and I believe that is because by hitting the fail safe, he inadvertently re-aligned time and the 2 "alternate realities" as afterwords was able to "remember" the events of both time lines. I believe the fail safe more or less erased the alternate time line created by the incident, which is why the hatch was destroyed- it reverted to the state it was in following the incident. Granted the release of all that energy would also cause an explosion, bu that doesn't explain why Desmond woke up naked and began having premonitions (memories of the other time line?), why Charlie became "weird", for lack of a better term, and why Echo was judged differently by the smoke monster before and after the fail-safe. Desmond felt the most profound effect, perhaps due to his proximity to the blast, or perhaps because as Faraday said- the rules don't apply to Desmond. Maybe the fail safe is what made Desmond special so that the rules wouldn't apply?

Dang. After watching tonight, it looks like you either read a lot of spoilers, or you're insanely smart.
Thank you! I'm not one to read the spoilers, just a Lost obsessive, lol. In physics last year we discusses some aspects of time travel in relation to Lost, so that along with having a degree in psychology helped me figure it out. I do receive a lot of spoilers from friends who live in Hawaii (such as the 1st half of the premiere), and even though I don't read/watch them, I will pass along the good ones to fellow Losties. Spoilers ruin the fun
Alright here's my question. Remember when Desmond kept having to save Charlie's life because he kept foreseeing his death? But it was futile, because no matter how many times he tried to change the future, fate was going to win in the end.
So now the people stuck in the 70's have changed the future by setting off that bomb and preventing the plane crash. But if you can't change the future, does that mean fate is going to bring all those people to the island somehow anyway?
Did anyone else think it looked it a bit 'cheaper' than previous seasons?
Yes! The underwater sequence was pitiful.
They've always had ________ poor CGI, IMO.
Look back to the scenes with the shark and the submarine, and when the freighter exploded.
Real bad.
