Was Ecto Cooler green? I remember loving it at the time. Anyone remember Quisp cereal? Blue box with an alien on the front. If anyone can get it in their state...I'll pay the cost of every box you can find, shipping, and a generous broker's fee. :D I also miss good old fruit roll-ups. None of the cut out, peel away crap.

Jill,
Going by your location in "Colts Country" I would guess you are in Indiana like me???

I am a Manager with Meijer Stores and I was doing a Store Tour at one of the locations and I saw that cereal in one of the Meijer Gas Stations.

I just saw this Saturday and thinking to myself what is this stuff???

Okay...so anyone remember the Frosted Cheerios?
They were in a blue box.
I remember liking them for a while, but then started not to like them.

Its all about the sales!!!!

Well in this economy I am surprised you dont have a ad on the bottom of your msgs that says "Come see me at Meijer Southport Rd. Indpls,IN and shop where a future VP of Disney works"

So when you get the VP job you will need a security detail ceo so call me when you are ready to hire me:wave:

Sounds like a plan. Understand your East Side?

I was in your neck of the woods all last week at the East Washington store.

Things I totally miss (now having read through this thread...)

- Original Fruit-Roll-Ups
- Elio's Pizza
- The old school Mickey and Friends popsicles that came in like orange, grape, and cherry
- Do they still make the Chipwich? I think it was from Nestle. It was two cookies with vanilla ice cream in the middle and it was frozen and delicious!
- Chi-Chi's chips and salsa
- There was a cookie way back when, I think they were called Giggles(?) but my brother and I DEVOURED those things. I also think they might have been two sided, like vanilla on one side and chocolate on the other.
- Old school Capri Sun
- Jello pudding pops

Must have been scary out on the eastside of Indy.Hope you drove your beat up old jallopy out there so your nice car didnt end up on blocks :ROFLOL:

Actually that Meijer is fairly nice.I go in there alot after midnight when its quiet. The only problem I have is the security is way to obvious when watching someone.(I know as I work in LP for FinishLine and did it at Walmart)Of course when I am in there I am watching people to as the theft out there is HIGH!!!

Loved Chipwich. Parents would jump up some evenings and say who wants to run to 7-11 and make a Chipwich run?

I am in Indy...I seriously need ot change my avatar. Maybe tomorrow. :lookaroun Which Meijer? I'm on the northwest side. If it's in the gas stations, is it in the stores, too? I try to avoid the 38th Street store (sorry if that's yours...) but I will go there sans my bullet proof vest if necessary, just to get Quisp! I will be brave! :lookaroun
