It literally made zero sense for multiple reasons. It’s like no one did a simple sanity check on the list

Surprised it’s human Ariel. Would have thought they would have done Mermaid Ariel.

Screens often have time issues in photos, does seem temporary - if I were to guess this meet and greet came from the film's marketing like when Disney would routinely have meet and greets with the latest characters
