Little girl gets accidentally leveled by CM during parade

Accident my behind. They didn't show the part of the video where the little girl started to pull the dancers pants down. He sprang into action and gave her what she had coming.

Here's further video of the Disney worker after he laid the girl out. Does this look like someone who is remorseful?

Well, I can tell you we had one vacation that truly was ruined by Stitch's Great Escape. Maybe ruined is a strong word, but no more rides for us. Now, I think they should stick "Scary" in the title for Stitch, like how they did on that old Snow White ride. Of course, I guess as parents, we should have been carrying a grid from the Unofficial Guide with us listing the Fright Potential for every ride.
Anyone that has ever followed Disney at all (and I'm talking about Walt here) shouldn't be surprised that there are scary parts in everything that Disney ever did. Name one full length cartoon that didn't have a section of it where you felt afraid for the character(s) in it. Snow White, Bambi, Peter Pan, Pinocchio...and on and on. The story line goes you are introduced to the main character, something bad (scary) happens to the main character and finally all is good and happy again. That's how all these things are structured. To not expect that there might be something scary in a dark ride is to be completely unaware of how a story lines go. I don't see how a little scare is a big deal anyway. It teaches that bad things can happen and we can come out the other side better then we went in.

I definitely had a few terrified moments as a kid at WDW, but my parents always had a "we took you to Disney, YOU WILL enjoy yourself...or else!, Walk it off kid!" mentality. God bless 'em.

Aww that's really sad but it was clearly an accident, I hope that family doesn't turn into opportunists that we so often hear about with Disney. The park should make sure the kid is fine and do what they can to make sure she's okay. Maybe a free dinner or something? But the family definitely should not take action, I mean come on. It didn't even look THAT bad, kids fall.

The problem is, this CM has a history of causing these kinds of injuries while dancing.

I can just see it now...the entire vacation was ruined...RUINED! Poor little kid will never be the same, just like the ones in the Unofficial Guide who were traumatized for life by Philharmagic or Snow White or whatever.

If kids are that brittle, the parents are doing it wrong. There, I said it.

Why can't I like this multiple times?

God bless the "Ignore" button.

It is on the sign in front of the attraction...

First of all, you never apologize in that matter. You say, "I'm sorry this happened to you". It is more over the event, than you actually doing something wrong.

Second, when I watch the video, I am reminded of the Scott Hamilton voice, "...And he nails the triple toe loop"!!

The CM was just doing the choreography, you can see in the video that he and Donald are moving in sync. I'm sure he feels terrible about the accident.

Oh I know, I didnt mean that he deliberately wanted her to get hit or fall. It's just not smart to do a spin like that with little kids around. If they are doing stuff like that, then the kids shouldnt be next to them.

It wasn't a little scare. Do you have kids?
