Little girl gets accidentally leveled by CM during parade

funny... if this happened a the local walmart by a shopping cart no one would have ever heard about it... although I feel really bad for the girl and her family to have to go through that on the trip. Saying sorry just isn't enough... I agree... however suing Disney isn't right (unless there are medical bills or pain and suffering during vacation comp they aren't paying for already)

the dance parties in the crowds are cute... but I always worry about the characters moving around freely unable to see behind them and to the side very well with little kids dancing all around them. It's was only a matter of time.. oddly enough though it was the CM without a character costume that didn't use his eyes or his brain.

We need time for things to happen.
Ok...I know it's horrible...but the sick side of me can't stop laughing at the slow-mo.
It was an accident and I would've hated it to be my daughter.

Not horrible at all...I'm telling you right now..if this was my daughter or son..I would have felt bad for them at the time for sure..but once I got to view the footage, I would be crying..and it would not be tears of sadness..and no doubt it would get played over and over again.

Say what you want..but people (both young and old) falling down getting into these type of minor accidents is funny stuff...I think there might be a few shows on TV that base their entire programming on moments just like this one ;) .

The first time i did not think it was funny until they showed it in slow mo and then i thought it was funny.

I can just see it now...the entire vacation was ruined...RUINED! Poor little kid will never be the same, just like the ones in the Unofficial Guide who were traumatized for life by Philharmagic or Snow White or whatever.

If kids are that brittle, the parents are doing it wrong. There, I said it.

If there are no lasting injuries or medical bills to be paid then Disney should throw in a something small to say it's sorry but if there are lasting side effects or bills then Disney is responsible. Funny as it seems, if she was hit in the eye then there could be damage.
