I'm glad they played video of her getting punched three times in a row and once in slow motion. Really added to the seriousness of the situation.
Ok...I know it's horrible...but the sick side of me can't stop laughing at the slow-mo.
It was an accident and I would've hated it to be my daughter.
As a punk in the 80s I know this to be true....Anytime you have a crowd of people trying to dance close together this is bound to happen.
Not horrible at all...I'm telling you right now..if this was my daughter or son..I would have felt bad for them at the time for sure..but once I got to view the footage, I would be crying..and it would not be tears of sadness..and no doubt it would get played over and over again.
Say what you want..but people (both young and old) falling down getting into these type of minor accidents is funny stuff...I think there might be a few shows on TV that base their entire programming on moments just like this one .
But back then people had razors on the outer edges of the pitAs a punk in the 80s I know this to be true.
Accidents happen. Why are we such a "sue happy" society? A gesture of a fast pass or something to that effect should be fine unless she had to be hospitalized. Then it becomes a bit more serious.
