Grand Floridian - It's not that I necessarily dislike this resort, but it's just not me. Maybe it's just too formal. I'd feel uncomfortable there in my shorts and tee.

Wilderness Lodge...
Really really loud resort, rooms are ok but the bedposts will kill your legs (I'm pretty sure they have since changed the beds).

We don't stay anywhere but Deluxe resorts so I can't evaluate Moderates or Value.

My least favorite would have to be AS-Sports. The place just looked run-down & dirty compared to the other resorts when I stayed there in '07. The A/C in the room didn't work & it took a couple of hours to send someone to take a look at it. :brick:

Everyone does seem to have some sort of gripe about CBR, huh? My 4 day stay there was great room & service-wise, but I was fuming when my party and many others waited OVER AN HOUR for a bus to DTD. Ridiculous.

I have stayed at ASMu, Coronado, Boardwalk, Swan, Dolphin, and Polynesian and I can't say I dislike any of them!

But we're booked to stay at AS Sports, so I'll have to check back in after that...

I am not a fan of the All-Star Resorts as a whole but I can say due to themeing, out of the three I really dislike All-Star Sports. It's kind of tacky, dingy, and all around showing it's age.

We've stayed at four--All-Star Sports, Contemporary, Polynesian and the Coronado.

Out of those four, our least favorite was the All-Star Sports--too crowded and way too noisy. There are three that we have no desire to stay at--GF -- husband won't even step foot in the place--too stuffy for him; WL -- beautiful, don't get me wrong, but we aren't the woodsy type and it looks like a lot of resorts in neighboring state Wisconsin; and the CBR--just have never liked the themeing and hated the food court the two times we ate there.

I personally don't care for the Pop's. I think the Caribbean new Pirate rooms look fun! I've never stayed there but I like the Pirate rooms.

Saratoga Springs.

The place feels like one of those retirement villages. I felt so out of place when I went there. I was expecting there to be plastic on the couches.

All Star Sports by far! The pool bar is just outside the main doors into the food court, so no matter how early or late in the day, you get that nice bar :hurl: atmosphere to walk through on your way to eat. Although it has been a while ago, the rooms were never cleaned until very late in the afternoon or early evening. It was difficult to get a chance to relax in our rooms since they were always dirty.

If you stay with Sports you will still have a good trip, but I would consider one of the other All Stars or better yet book for POP. POP Century is one of my favorite resorts. Very Clean, good food, and the best of the values (IMO).

coronado Would be my least favorite it may just be the time i went but there were buissness men there which felt odd with half the resort in shorts and tee shirts and the other in buissness suits also it was a long walk to the pool food court and busses from our room. The rooms were also cleaned very late in the day for us and the vent in our bathroom was stuck on so for the first few nights until they could get us another room we had to listen to that everynight. The food was ok i personaly dont like mexican food so that is probaly why i didnt like the food.

Hmm yes, I've heard that a lot!
We're trying to get a discounted rate at Swan or Dolphin honestly so we can stay there, so we'll see!

I actually posted this and wondering if anyone can help...

I've only stayed at three (POR, POFQ and AS Sports). My least fav would definately be All Star Sports. We had difficulty with the housekeeping as well. The seemed to do a very poor job. I didn't mind the rest of the resort, but it was quite noisy/busy with teams participating in tournaments and the like. I won't be staying there again unless it's a last resort type of thing (no pun intended)..
Oh and I wouldn't be staying at the GF.. My hubby and I took the monorail to see it and the first thing we said when we walked in was "wow this is nice" and then "I wouldn't want to stay here". The reason for this is exactly what others have stated. We would feel uncomfy here.. We are a very casual couple and the GF is definately not casual

the GF is the least appealing to me, i want to go on holiday to relax, but i think i would be on edge forever in this place, i case i picked up the wrong fork or something. ive visited the all star sport, and was surpised how dingy and grubby the place felt. really small, and a little claustrophic.

I haven't stayed there myself, but I find Saratoga Springs to be quite bland. I realize the place sort of inherited the look of the old Disney Institute, but the theme really has no appeal or personality for me. It looks a bit like a planned community from any typical upscale American suburb.

I have never stayed at the values, so I can't comment on them. I loved CB, PO and POR, and have enjoyed the Polynesian, Wilderness, GF and BC. I guess my least favorite (allthough I still loved it) would be the AKL. We stayed there for one night a couple of years ago, and while the pool, lobby and restaurants were great, the room and hallway smelled like a zoo, and our "savannah view" room seemed to look over a mud pit with some birds in it. I'm sure it would have gotten better if we'd stayed a few days, though!
