Hope you like Tony's better than we did! We were not at all happy with our meal there in December. It took a long time to get food (45 mins. for pasta?!?) and when the food came it was cool. Not pleasant. My son asked if Lady and the Tramp had eaten outside and the waiter just looked at him like he was crazy and didn't answer.

Aside from The Wave, how many of these are "traditional visits" as compared to "first try" ?
Nice varied list, but with over 100 to choose from, there will always be a difference of opinion with this question.

I'm not such a fan of Cape May... the fish sits out and gets funky and I have a house in actual Cape May. The only thing that reminds me of Cape May is the murals on the wall which also appear in the local diner. Plus I think it would be a better fit at the Boardwalk since Cape May is on the Jersey Shore. I'm glad you guys had a better experience though.

The only one I would change is Tony's:hurl:
Maybe to The Cape may Cafe or Boma's

Just my opinion:slurp:

We went to Tony's last October. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and the ambiance was excellent. We had a really wonderful time there.
We have never been to Cape May but have done Boma's twice. The first time was excellent but the second time there seemed to be a little "something" missing.

Apart from "The Wave" the only new one for us this time is "Fifties Prime Time". DW is very much a "meat & two veg" person and will not attempt "food with flavour" so places like Morocco are always out of the question.

I think you will really enjoy Prime Time...although the total experience is partly dependant on the server you get. Food is very good in any case.

Also note that you will be visiting during Food and Wine festival. With the many special kiosks offering sample portions of foods and beverages....you could even miss a dinner or two.

I wasn't impressed with The Wave menu. It may turn out to be great though.

My friends just came back from WDW last week and were not happy with the 50s Prime Time. Their server was not that good at her role. I don't remember what she said about the food.
The Liberty Tree is my hands down absolute favorite!:slurp::sohappy:

Ask for ketchup at the Whispering Canyon. :lookaroun :goodnevil

Never eaten at Kona's.

Tony's is tied with The Garden Grill as my least favorite WDW dining experience. It just was not very good.

Who'd you pay off to get a Le Cellier reservation? Get the Le Cellier fillet and the creme brulee.

We've done LTT 4x, Whispering Canyon 2x, Tony's 1x, Le Cellier 3x and Kona's 1x, on previous visits.

I have to admit I was surprised at getting Le Cellier (I did put on my best Queen's English accent:king:).

We've also eaten at the Yacht Club, H&V, Mama Melrose, Ohanas, Bomas, Maya Grill, Turf Club, Spoodles, Raglan Road, Spirit of Aloha, CRT and Grand Floridian Cafe (we do the DDP).

Out of those, the one's we've decided never to do again are H&V, CRT and the Grand Floridian Cafe.

I think there are so many great choices in dining at Disney. On my August trip, we are trying a few new ones with a few familiar ones.
We will eat at Boma, Crystal Palace, Whispering Canyon, Le Celier, Kona Cafe and Lib Tree= all new to us. Chef Mickeys, Cape May and Mama Melrose(may cancel this one)=not new ones.

Bon appetite!!:slurp:
