Jungle Cruise Re-Imagining

Now they just need to weather the red so it's not so vibrant.

I think a better choice would have been to leave the green background and just change the red accents on the letters, but whatever.
Florida weather will do that. Give it a little time, no paint job for a while, and nature will do the rest. Now to see if this attraction shines or will trader sam be getting a few extra heads to add to his collection.

I preferred the green version.

Have I told you lately that I 👍 you?
I don’t think you’re wrong. It looks far too modern to be from the 1930’s(?). That’s always the era I’ve thought JC was set in, anyone with better information can please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.
According to this link, she’s supposedly the granddaughter of Dr. Albert Falls and started the tour company in 1931: https://disney.fandom.com/wiki/Albert_Falls

Is it just me, or does that art style not match the attraction at all? Maybe it needs to be aged.
It doesn’t look right to me either. It’s less an issue of style than of design: they just haven’t captured the distinctive look and feel of a vintage travel poster, opting instead for something that looks like a painted version of a photograph. Very disappointing.

I think the mural that was previously in its place captured the spirit of those vintage travel posters far more effectively. I'm assuming this big new painting replaced the old JNC mural in the queue.
