Not quite 99% - yes there are many indoor spaces but that’s true at WDW too.

I feel like at WDW the split is more like 60% of your time inside/40% outside, at best.

Vegas has to be north of 90% inside.

The strip is spread out…those suckers are huge and you can’t jump from spot to spot indoors.

The exact same reason wdw is…which no one serious in any of these discussions has not acknowledged.

Price. Declining value proposition. Customer unfriendly investment and management strategies.

But even Comcast in this lull has made some significant share gains. They are are a different point in the road and have the ace in the whole in the market as it stands.

My point is even the shopping districts are primarily indoors in Vegas.

Most people visiting Vegas pick a casino. They sit their butt down and play for hours with breaks to get a bite to eat, see a show, etc. There’s a relatively small amount of time spent outdoors walking from one casino to the next.
