I would never want to go when it's like that 2019 pic or really even the 2020 pic. The 2023 pic looks like a nice balance. Hopefully it's similar in august.

If you look closely there is a woman hiding in the shadow of a trashcan and others hiding in the little tree shade. It is hot so nobody wants to be out there, once rainy season starts it will feel better
