I just got a call from the "Disney Executive Offices" regarding the AC

At first I was thinking: Ac = Air Conditioning? How is AC unique to Disney? :veryconfu

But I realized I had to read the entire OP's post to the end until I found out what "AC" stood for.

This maybe a stupid question but what is AC in the sense of this thread?

I get phone calls from the excutive offices all the time when I ask them to call me after an issue.
Not once has anything been changed because of it.
The people that call are mostly to make you feel better but nothing comes from it.
