Stay warm everyone! My future in-laws are in the Baltimore area, and they are not too happy about all of this snow. Being from the South, I can't imagine what it would be like. We had 4 inches of snow two weekends ago, and the entire city shut down for three days! :ROFLOL:

It is starting to get a little scary out there. No one on my street is even going outside to shovel.

We got over 2 feet of snow in our little corner of PA - just got my power back on about an hour ago - been off since Friday night.

And, I agree about the news coverage - it's snow, people. If it all melts today, more will come down tomorrow.

Not old, just vintage.
It's really scary out there. Visibility is nonexistent and the snow is just so heavy. We got 6 inches overnight, about an inch of sleet and freezing rain, and now we have at least 7 inches of snow on top of that. It all adds up to 14+ inches of mess.

Back on the topic of snow....We're getting slammed in Ohio at the moment...

:ROFLOL:Sorry, I couldn't resist. I'm very crude by nature.

I really sympathize with those of you in the Northeast. :( You guys are getting absolutely pummeled this winter. I've been there, but I don't remember ever having it that bad. We've gotten more snow than usual, but it doesn't seem like it considering every time I turn on the news, you guys are getting 12 more inches. Hopefully the worst of it is in the past.

The snow in my front yard just now melted and it is supposed to snow again. Hopefully not much. I have seen the grass in my yard twice since before Christmas and only for a few days! I hate snow!!! Please, Please bring on spring!

That just does not look right...palm trees with snow on them!!! Being Canadian, when I picture palm trees, I picture 80 plus degree weather and sunny skies. Definitely NOT snow!

It was very surreal.. I couldn't believe my eyes! We drove straight down I-95 from NY and hit snow about 2:00am in North Carolina, but stopped by the time we reached the SC border.. Sun came up as we were about half way thru SC.. There was measurable snow all the way to Savanah, GA.
