Is it still Cat 1?
The “power zone” is north of cuba…warm, calm water ahead. As of 2pm it is.
That’s why this is worrisome/trouble.

For the few surfers who are on a death wish that are trying to ride the big waves in the next few days , that would be a good idea to write their info on their body parts.Full legal name and SS# on both torso and limb(s) in case they get separated
Full legal name and SS# on both torso and limb(s) in case they get separated. Florida's critters will be out, about and looking for an easy meal once the storm passes

If you two are gonna get this frisky…save it till Friday night when your curfew is pushed back past 9 pmFull legal name and SSN and credit card number and Mother’s maiden name and then snap a picture and send it to me so I can verify that you have it in the right place
I thought the dome was retractable and the castle comes apart in small sections for storage? Its retractable so just push a button.
Impossible! That would interfere with the path of the subway system. Its retractable so just push a button.
Curfew or not, post hurricane , Stand Your Ground is alive and well in the Sunshine State. Sheriff Grady of Polk County fully supports it .If you two are gonna get this frisky…save it till Friday night when your curfew is pushed back past 9 pm
It's a legal warning meant to provide cover for county ES. It means: if you stay, you're on your own, emergency services will likely be shut down during the storm, no matter what happens at your house. What exactly does "mandatory" mean in this context?
It means that if Tampa Bay gets the storm surge they're expecting, if you don't evacuate, you might just die. What exactly does "mandatory" mean in this context?
I'm "Flo-grown" (born and raised/lifelong Floridian) and have seen my fair share of hurricanes, but this one is likely going to be huge, and coupled with Tampa Bay's geography, may prove to be catastrophic for those situated on the barrier islands (think Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Indian Shores, etc) or along the bay.It means that if Tampa Bay gets the storm surge they're expecting, if you don't evacuate, you might just die.
Charley in 2004 raced past Tampa Bay and went straight for Kissimmee / Orlando. This monster is looking to pound Tampa Bay for more than a day, storm surges , , driving rains , winds , and just may destroy what is in its path. Anyone who defies the curfew should finalize their will.It means that if Tampa Bay gets the storm surge they're expecting, if you don't evacuate, you might just die.
They will probably know as much as someone visiting from the mid west that has never experienced a hurricane-------not muchIt is well known that many CM’s of substantial experience - who were let go during the pandemic, have not made it back to their positions. As this storm gains ground, and important decisions will need to be made by WDW, I am interested in how this possible lack of experience in the CM front line (and back offices) will effect the WDW responses as they navigate this tough time.
I’m sure there are “playbooks” for these things- most corps have them. I just know, when things look crazy, I love to have people on board that have “ridden the storm out” before! They will probably know as much as someone visiting from the mid west that has never experienced a hurricane-------not much
