Wow, booked a relatively last-minute trip. Going to be there in 27 days! We haven't even had time to prepare a "countdown" calendar for the frig! Anyone else create these?

I'm not sure where you live but living in Florida that's quite common. Since we have seasonal passes the wife and I have decided many times in the past on a Monday to head up on Thursday or Friday because the kids have a day off from school. We're only a 3.5 hour drive away. My trip in a few weeks is a little more planned because my little one is playing flag football this fall and I coach his team. I want to honor my commitment to him and the rest of the kids. Next Saturday is our last game so it works out great for the holiday weekend.
