RT is being pretty fishy with She-Hulk. You can't see any of the Critics Reviews.

But you can see the viewers reviews though. Most of them are 1 star or less and the 4 and 5 star ones use very little detail in their descriptions. Like they either haven't watched it or they're bots.
I didn't ask anything about rotten tomatoes.

67% on Rotten Tomatoes. Not great but not terrible either.

“CRITICS CONSENSUS
Hocus Pocus 2 is basically a boiling cauldron of nostalgia, but that's more than enough for this belated sequel to cast a reasonably effective spell.”

Guess that settles the "Disney pays so they only get good reviews" conspiracy, not happening.

When there has been an overwhelming number of "bots" review bombing RT has tended to hide the reviews. They've done it for a number of films and shows over the last couple years. So its not fishy, its a normal in a world where some get joy out of review bombing.

They can't do it every time, it would be like the boy who cried wolf. And they're not going to waste it on a direct to D+ movie.

It's alright, they've got that covered too. They can just change the narrative away from the critics and blame the fans. That's what they always do nowadays if something doesn't do good. It's called Fan Baiting.

Um, the watch numbers are on full display via sites like Nielsen.

Also Ads are coming in December to D+.

Alright if we're just going by Nielsen it doesn't look too good for She-Hulk either. People don't want to watch someone go shopping for a suit for the whole half hour.

Need to compare She-Hulk numbers to other half hour shows, not series with hour-long episodes since the metric is 'minutes watched' and not 'number of views.'

Or, double She-Hulk numbers.

Outdated information She-Hulk has been in the Top 10 Original streamed shows for the follwoing two weeks and has been rising. The second week the show was in 8th place, and in its third week it moved up the 6th place. People seem go be enjoying if your metric is being on the Nielsen rankings.

That's a bit outdated, might want to check out the Nielsen thread where the weekly numbers are being shared:

Here is the recent one from this weeks Nielsen chart that shows She-Hulk is at number 6.

Just watched it, thought it was okay. Wasn't bad but left feeling disappointed nonetheless.

I think it was solid. It didn't have the journey and exposition of the story, (its a sequel), but it did fill in some of the back stories of the Sanderson Sisters. The belter song I guess was the best that they could both procure the rights to and not interject another IP into the mix. Pretty good wrap-up with the ability to go further with new characters via the continuity of the large redwing blackbird.

I watched it today and it was quite a bit better than I expected, it probably won’t become a cult classic like the original but I think it’ll please most fans. Cute and entertaining.

As for reviews, they’re pretty irrelevant now, professional reviewers have always been a bit irrelevant because they’re more concerned with “artistic merit” rather than how entertaining a movie is but now real people reviews are skewed by activists who will review up/down a movie if it goes against/with their beliefs.

Fortunately with most movies quickly on Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, etc now you can just wait and watch them for free and decide for yourself without having to drop $15 on a ticket at the cinema.
