Grizz is gone...

I have noticed that since the Monday of hurricane Katrina the emtions of everyone is running high. People are arugmentive and looking for blame for everything. It is a natural recation. I found hubby and I doing the same thing to each other, we both insisted we weren't mad about anything, but we sure were grumpy. :hammer: Then I noticed on line, everyone was picking on everyone else. Aruging about EVERYTHING. (much safer to aruge on line then with your own family who makes you "pay" for it later.)

People need to keep this in mind and try not to take things too personally.

Gucci65, why do kids always take the fun a step too far. Oh wait I answered my own questions, teenagers. :hammer:

Thanks prberk, can't you just see it now, the Disney PhD advice/thought for the day! Most would be WDW related. (since it is all I think about, or at least that is what my friends think. :hammer: )

I have noticed that as well. It's funny how it can push you to one extreme or another- either going out of your way to be extra nice, or crabby and rude to everyone you see.

Tradgity brings out the best and wrost in people. We heard more about the worst, I am hoping for more stories about the best soon.

Oh My, both my kids never stayed still. I thought they were going to be born soccer players, dancers or gymnists! I would pray for some peace so I would sleep. DH would complain that if I pressed my belly to his back the baby was kicking him a night, poor guy! At least I knew they were doing well. Once during a movie I counted over 100 kicks and then gave up.

Enjoy, despite the not so great parts of pregnancy, this is a fun time, and it only gets more fun. (and more difficult.) :lookaroun

As one who has been a part of this forum for years, (Thank you Steve)
Grizz and I have certainly have had several debates.

I respect the man for his Love of all things Disney, and I hope he comes back to spar again soon.

The only REAL problem I have ever had with him is the fact that he seems to think he has the patent on what's Magical and whats not when it comes to Disneys decisions and changes.

I judge the "Magic" by the length of the lines and the smiles on the faces after the familys finish a ride or attaction. Grizz has a habit of condemning attractions before they are even built.

He also trys to get everyone else to jump on his bandwagon...hence the "General Grizz" and his "D-Troops" status

Grizz..if you happen to read this thread, know that I have always respected your knowledge, but you need to give the Company a chance to prove that new CAN be good...and sometimes even BETTER.

I'm almost afraid that when The Wonders of Life Pavillion opens again with something completely differant inside of it someday, Grizz may have a heart attack. (J/K)

We all have opinions, and I state mine..but I try not to force mine on anyone else and I expect the same from everyone here.

This is a Discussion board...not a indoctrination board. :lol:

Grizz definently has spunk and sources, which created one of he more colorful members of the boards. I think it's a shame that he is 'gone', but I'm not overly concerned considering I myself have gone on hiatis a few times. I know he'll be back... he can't stay away. And maybe this whole situation will show everyone involved that there is never just one side to speculation. Rabid devotion is never right, but neither is indifferent discreditation. Even Corrus, Lee and NowInc, who have proven themselves ten times more than anyone, I take their information with a tiny grain of salt. It's not that don't believe them, but there are too many variables to say that something is absolute until it is finished or comes out of the horse's mouth.

I just hope people will learn that now.
