Favorite park icon

Thank you for this poll! I was just having this conversation with my family today. My vote was for Spaceship Earth! I think Magic Kingdom is my favorite park, but there's just something about the SSE that I love! I'm glad to see it's getting the votes it deserves. (Oh, and the sorceror's hat is too!! hahaha ... 0!) :ROFLOL:

Difficult, Difficult decision..........I love both Cinderella Castle and Spaceship Earth.....I picked Spaceship Earth, but Cindy's Castle is like choice 1a.:lol:

I just couldn't vote. How could I choose between Spaceship Earth and the Tree of Life?
I also love the Castle, but I've seen plenty pictures of amazing castles before. I've never seen anything like SSE or a tree with the width of T of L.

Cinderella Castle
I do love all of them but that pulls ahead in the lead for me. Spaceship Earth comes in second but love them all.

I picked the Castle as well but I would also say a close second is the Rail Road Station when you first walk in the gates at MK. My wife and I get our picture in front of the garden with the huge Mickey head every Disney trip.

I voted for the Castle but I dont understand all of this hating on the hat. I for one think its cool. I do think that they could use it for something as all the other park icons are used for something (except the earfull tower), but I do think it looks nice and I think that it represents the right park.
I guess I just dont get it. :shrug:

Most of the Hat hate isn't its design but its placement. Even though the BAH is actually quite nice on its own or as a temporary thing, parking it in front of the Chinese Theater, ruining the iconic view down Hollywood Boulevard and entirely disrupting the 1930s theme is pretty terrible.

On topic, I voted SSE because it embodies everything Epcot stands for. Huge, ambitious, awesome (in the biblical sense) and almost impossible, as well as being the biggest geodesic sphere anywhere.

I can't decide:
I want to go in the direction of SSE and ToL since they have attractions in them.

And the ToL has an exploration trail and an attraction.

I vote for Space ship earth, no mickey hand or 2000, just SSE by itself. I would then say:

*Cinderella castle
*Tree of life
*The hat

The hat isnt that bad itself but I am in the camp of its out of place and kills the view from the entrance.

While the Magic Kingdom is not my favorite park, the Castle remains as the most Disney Icon of all times for me.
