So do I, and both are at least moderately thrilling elements.
I rode EE in January. The only issue I noticed is the yeti not functioning. To me the stand by que is more fun than the ride itself. There is lots to read and see in the que. The ride is just a Disneyfide no thrill rollercoater.
Why is this post still pined to the top of this forum?
Now if it was a thread on MR Toads Wild Ride that would be another story.
I agree. If there was a hoard of angry customers everyday complaining about the yeti and other effects, they might've been fixed. You not noticing all the broken/missing show scenes does not mean they arnt broken/missing. Although, if other guests are like you, we can see why TDO doesn't bother to maintain SQS.

-Used to be 2 running waterfallsPlease please please tell me what I missed. When I rode the projection of the yeti was working.
Thank god the screen is back. Such an easy fix left broken this long is unacceptable. The projection was fine today. As were both waterfalls and steam in the station. The attraction has been in far worse shape in the past.
About a week. How long was it really broken for? It worked when I rode two weeks ago.
I rode EE on Saturday, the 16th and Monday, the 18th, and the projection wasn't working either day.How long was it really broken for? It worked when I rode two weeks ago.
I bet they had the spare part all along....it was just in the back of the junk drawer. It is indeed back. Was out for a week.
They were waiting for a part they didn't have spare.
Sitting with the parts to fix the yetiI bet they had the spare part all along....it was just in the back of the junk drawer.![]()
- The two water falls still work and are usually on.-Used to be 2 running waterfalls
-steam pouring out while going up lift hill
-bird at top of lift hill
I think I am missing a few more
Oh, how Maintenance has declined. Apparently they were missing the part they needed to fix it so they had to wait for the replacement to arrive. They should've had a backup im the first place, things break...So the projection was down for about a week? One has to wonder, is it threads like this that makes them get off their butt and fix it? Would it have been out even longer otherwise? I'm sure some's reaction will be "yay, they fixed it!" But the WDW I grew up with would have had a replacement ready to go and had it fixed the very next day *at the latest*.
