MS did it for me. The 2 times I rode it I got an instant migraine:hurl: :hammer: . Had to leave the park early. Of course my DH and DBIL found it hysterical and made fun of me our entire trip. Boys will be boys I guess:brick:
I really didn't like Dinosaur. For some reason, the dinosaurs in the ride made me feel queasy, especially the one eating another. I dont know why. I didn't really mind the jerking around though. I think that Indiana Jones is a lot more jerky.
No TOT...no MS...no Dinosaur??????? 3 of the best WDW has to offer.
Love them all! I've never been on anything I regretted.
I have my favorites of course, but have always found something different to appreciate about anything at Disney.
*our 5 year old goes on TOT and Dinosaur and loves them! :lookaroun
Star Tours & Body Wars. Feeling sick from them was worse because it was after a free breakfast at POR. I am not even going to attempt MS. I just skip it and let the hubby ride it.
the backlot tour. I used to LOVE it. But once they put that stupid LMA in... it's lost its touch and is now lame and really needs to be updated and needs to be LONGER!
(i want the fronts of the famous houses back!)
Dinosaur did it for me . I got such a bad head ache from a mixture of the flashing lights and the jerking around. It's weird beacause I can do every ride except for that one.
I agree. I HATED the ride. Thought it was stupid. Never EVER want to try it again.
The jerkiness of the ride bothered my back for 3 weeks and I thought the whole concept was just STUPID !
I regretted the new Animation tour - it used to be so good
And, I know it's not Disney but, Dr. Doom's FearFall: my dad dinally convinced me to go on it after years of pestering, and i actually quite enjoyed it. But then he bullyed me into going on it again straight away. There I was, quietly chuckling to myself due to the fear in the small child near to me...and we hit the top...and I was so close to being sick over everyone below me! Never again
I can't really say there's any I regretted; like someone said before you gotta try them all and then make a decision to do it again or not. Personally, I was bored with GMR. I also was a little disappointed with M:S. With all the problems with people getting sick and some with pre-existing conditions dying, I really expected something bad. I was sick for a few days down there and just started feeling better, so I was a little reluctant to ride this, but I didn't feel it was that bad. In fact, I've been on worse rides. I didn't feel the spinning at all. I guess for some their bodies just know when they're spinning and they protest. Prime Evil Whirl did crack my neck and back, but I was ok. So far I guess I'm just lucky with rides. My body does sometimes feel a little weird when I ride in an elevator. You know, those crazy rides at the malls. I've only gotten headaches from certain rides at other local theme parks.
I know this is suppose to be rides, but for me Monsters was a complete waste of time. I will never do that one again, unless someone paid me to sit through that crap. Worst ride/show ever, praying for an overhaul.
The Tea Cups :hurl: and considering that I am terrified of elevators, I will not ever get on ToT again, but I am glad that I was brave enough to at least try it and that my blood pressure while on it did not kill me.
yeah riding splash mountain (DL) with my new HD camera and not putting it into a dive proof housing .. my camera got so wet (under the plastic bag it was under for protection) that the cmos backup blew .. it's still working but you have to do all the setup when changing the batteries :brick:
i can't say i regretted anything, but i didn't enjoy the roughness of primeval {sp?} whirl. :hurl: Did someone say the laugh floor comedy club? why is that one bad?
Sounds Dangerous. One big fat waste of time...from the out-of-date trivia during the preshow to the seven minutes of darkness (seven minutes out of twelve!!) I honestly felt cheated after sitting through that sorry piece of an attraction. Monster Sound Show was SOOO much better. They ought to shutter that thing fast before it catches up with Drew Carey and ruins his career revival.
