Soarin v2.... rumours of this have been circling since 2005. Would WDW pay for it? Would they take it in tandem with a Tokyo version? They were going to split costs with WDSP for a while too. The latter seems to be on the back burner since the park is looking to add a dark ride instead next.

So I was confused by something you said earlier. Is JII on the way to green now? Or are you talking about a brand new dark ride.

It will happen. One day. But so will a new Spirit of Norway and Impressions de France too.

A new dark ride. I can only imagine that (considering you said UoE is remaining the same and World Showcase is not getting anything) this must mean something for WoL or Imagination.

From what I've heard,JII referb is about the only solid thing happening.

I`ve been misread. The new dark ride is for WDSP in lieu of Soarin'.

JII4 could be taken as the next dark ride for Epcot. There is one other also being proposed somewhere else in the park but nothing is concrete (pun intended) yet.

I hope not. Get rid of the cheesy Disney ending, it's by far the worst part of the ride. End the ride in space looking at earth, just not at a Disney park.

I like that idea of ending in Space looking down at Earth... That would be one heck of an ending!!!!

I agree! Impressions de France is near perfect. It only needs some scenes updated and edited in and the film to be digitized. Otherwise it's one of those rare attractions that has stood the test of time and could be called a classic.

And I just spent my 5000th post talking about Impressions de France!

It's happening. Since day one, there's been talk that eventually WDW would get their own version so it would make a bit more sense. Honestly, you can doubt it'll happen, but I'm 100% confident in my source.

Right. I don't doubt it (Or you!:kiss at all, I'm just shocked that it's back, so soon. :lol: The way I heard it was that there were other things to be done first.:shrug:
