News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

The queue is the interior of the house (it's alive). Then a boat ride through different biomes with animatronics and real foliage, leading to a large room where you float around the tree house. Basically, LwtL but different haha.

I don't disagree. As stated on last page the tangled ride looks fantastic, if we could get that kind of quality in either or God forbid both....

Just seems the go in streaks, we got 3 trackless , now potentially 3 boat rides with Moana MK, Encanto and Lion King in AK

Moana, Encanto, and LK (if it moves forward) will all have you in boats.

Right. And they were moved to Disneyland in 1966, when they were three years old. The energy dinosaurs were almost forty years old. So yes, too old.

But those same dino's are still working at DL, 65 years later

Would riding in a mechanized vehicle somehow be more fitting for Lion King? A boat ride is probably the closest we can get to a "natural" form of transportation for a ride.

I just don't recall many river scenes in the movie. Perhaps a watering whole and a waterfall.

Really, the whole of Discovery Island, Africa, and Planet Watch are already suffused with Lion King DNA to the point that I’ve never thought a Lion King ride was particularly necessary. Not that I’d turn my nose up at such a ride or anything, though.
