Personally, I prefer the tree method. It fits with the nature theme and works much better at making it look good then the paint. At least the trees block the flat surface...:sohappy: But where are they gonna get 100 ft + trees?

Behind Splash Mountain, there are 15ft-ish high cylinders of cement, and a tree planted in them, so it rises the tree up higher than it would normaly grow. I've also seen them do this at Epcot. So, that makes sence for them to do.

I will be at WDW on the 3rd! I want to do this soooo bad. I wish that I could! I only wish that they would lower the starting bid. $1,500

There's a cheaper package that starts at 800 and it gets you a night at AK lodge -- its for 4 people to get a sneak preview--- that interesting.

I keep checking to see if anyone has bid for the dinner on the 3rd. Still no takers. I wonder if they will try again but lower the price? :lookaroun That is the one that I would pick because I will already be at WDW during that time. The other one I would have to pay for airfare and more nights at a resort. I couldn't only stay for one night. It is kind of strange that the other one started for $500.
