I don’t even know where that guy came from but all of a sudden Disney feeds him info to tweet it first. What’s the financial relationship there? Can we get JFB back?
I don’t think he’s being paid financially. I think he’s paid in access.
Did Scott even go? What are you looking for? He hasn't praised it or anything - actually mostly been tweeting about Disneyland mostly

Just looking for everyone to bash it whether they went there or not?
It was a pretty widely panned issue on many social media feeds. His only acknowledgement was here:

He generally only takes a negative position on someone like Chapek (once he was gone) when that target was persona non grata by the Powers That Be.

Ghost Busters.

Jk. Ticketing guest services (407) 934-7639.

They're different from Guest Relations, but they may have the same 'mandate' allowing for refunds as the Guest Relations teams in the parks. If a straight cash refund isn't an option, you could always ask for a refund to a Disney gift card, or even a swap for Very Merry or a regular park day.

Apparently I'm not the only one calling.

Call 1 dropped after 27 minutes on hold.

Call 2 dropped after 22 minutes on hold.

Call 3 is onto minute 3 on hold.

I’m coming from the UK and was looking forward to this. I had my reservations about the fact it was new but went ahead and bought tickets. I’m not impressed in the slightest. What a waste of money this is going to potentially be. Now MVMCP is sold out for when we are there too so no switches there!

Call Disney and join the hold queue. Maybe they'll "find" tickets.

I LOVE reading Nyberg's posts. Always the worst takes on absolutely everything.
"The MCU will only become more profitable!"
"Epic Universe isn't looking so epic now that Disney has maybe teased that they may or may not build a new expansion within the next ten years!"
"The actors' and writers' strikes are bad because the most important people in Hollywood are REALLY THE EXECUTIVES!!!"
He's such a shill.
It's delightful.
Yikes he seems to be trying to be the next Jim Cramer looking at those posts

Watched one blog where a guy was showing all the bloggers trying to get their reservation for Derby he pointed out Mr morrow. Said he knows he’ll make it in.

Sure enough Mr morrow and his crew got right it and had only glowing things to say.

So not everyone was being objective

I just went to see what Paging Mr Morrow's take was to see how he puts a positive spin on it and he flat out said it isn't worth the money and he won't attend again this year and won't next year unless they make some big changes

So when even he is that negative on it, after he didn't even have to wait on the lines others did, that is pretty telling

I didn’t wait that long I only saw the gushing at the beginning. He may win the award for having the most free thrown at him

What’s your point? Revenue does not equal profit
My point is his graphs don't stand up to the slightest bit of research. Disney may have had (at the time of his post) 5 of the ten highest-(domestic)grossing films of the year, but only one was in the top 5, and it was number 4. Nothing to do with profits or the parks, just a short tangent about how he's a shill and his posts are nonsensical.

Serious question-

What would you change to improve event?
I don’t see them doing much this year to change it up. Maybe they’ll try?

-Designated rain locations for characters
-Earlier entry time
-Several credential dispersement locations
-No rotating the VIPs with another VIP
Mickey’s line, Minnie’s line etc
-Some other classic characters
-A holiday cavalcade

With the exception of a cavalcade, everything else on that list is extremely easy to implement by the next event, only requires them paying for more labor.

Let the event group handle it

- Include food
- More staff, everywhere
- Move the "party" out of the ToT exit and put it inside in one of the MANY empty buildings and decorate the dang thing to look like an actual jazz club
- Decorate venues (ie restaurants)

Have a lot more quality live entertainment. If they had to be quick about it, get some understudies from voices of Liberty and jammitors over asap as well as some of the streetmosphere actors they have left.

Get more characters out.

With everyone saying that there wasn't enough time to get everything done, I really do hope that they allow party guest to entry the park a little earlier. My group is still in deep discussion about whether or not we are keeping our tickets. We have teens and I know the kiddos are going to look forward to the rides more than anything.

Do yourselves a favor and go to SeaWorld. 3 holiday shows (not including regular daytime shows), fireworks, streetmosphere characters, and great decor.

Admission - $57.99 (with current Black Friday sale discount)
Food & Beverage Sampler - $60 for 10 samples (huge portions)
Total $118
Same with Bush Gardens Tampa who not only features characters from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, but even a few living Angle Statues across both parks.
