This is the poster formerly known as CinematicFusion.

BTW, WDWMagic has this nice little feature that shows all the previous usernames used by a poster. If you hover over the username you'll notice a little "rewind" looking icon, if you click on that you'll see all the previous usernames used by a poster, ie you can always know who you're talking to even if they change their username using the same account.
Wow I did not know that.

I think loki and wandavision are pretty important the rest i guess you could probably just look up online and get the information you need (even if it physically hurts me to say that)
Loki though is self-contained, especially now that Kang isn't a storyline (at least the Majors version of the character) within the Multiverse.

As for Wandavision, I think you could skip it and still pickup most if not all the plot of Strange MoM. They tell enough of the reasons why Wanda is doing what she is doing in the movie that you're not missing much from the show.

Yep, this is an impression that people put on themselves but wasn't a requirement set by the studio. Heck Feige himself said they weren't going to be a required watch if you just wanted to stick to the movies.
Does it matter what feige says?

Nobody cares…the audience decides what it wants to watch…so if the perception is they’ve made it too complicated…they’re gonna suffer because of it

I feel like Loki helps explain a lot of the multiverse stuff in greater detail but maybe that’s just me. I hate missing context for things like it physically pains me.

Yep, its a feature they introduced last year (I believe, or it might have been 2023) when they allowed users to change their own usernames. Prior to that you had to ask the Admin to change your username for you.
…cool…now I can see who I was? 🤔

My wife and I are not huge comic book fans… we have seen a lot of the movie just because we are film people and of the 3 marvel movies in 3025 we are most excited for The Thunderbolts…. I think the movie may surprise… Cap had a lot of negativity… I have heard mostly positive chatter around Thunderbolts

Also I don’t feel like most of the movies felt like homework…. Disney + series is there if you want to expand on the characters, but is not necessary to grasp the plot
I’ll never make it to 3025… but yes Thunderbolts looks good.

I mean if you're a fan of the franchise it does matter what the architect of it says.

As for the rest, its a perception based on a misunderstanding of the franchise then, one that the audience put on themselves not one fostered by Marvel. Feige and team also appear to have realized they need to pull back and be selective about what they put out on streaming and using the characters from the movies, and vice-versa.

That’s fine

But the Walt Disney company is desperate for cash…making things far too complicated really isn’t the way to go

Which is why they tried not to tied the D+ shows to the movies and vice-versa. But even then I think they are trying to get even less "complicated" by keeping the two even more separated, at least based on some of the rumors I've seen.
