That has to be old concept art, because if that were to happen, you'd lose ABC Commissary, Sci-Fi Dine-In, Streets of America, Lights Motors Action, Muppets, HISTK Playground, and Backlot Tour.

ABC & Sci-Fi are pretty popular restaurant stops, Lights Motors Action isn't going anywhere soon, and Streets of America is home to the Spectacle of Lights.

Basically, that is an old backlot tour concept. (Pixar Place isn't even in that art.)

Nope, it was a serious plan. One that I am very happy never came to fruition.
