Here's a MGM (DHS) aerial view that sure is nice to look at:

So, silly question, that picture makes it look like the parking lot stops at the tree line. Has the lot already been expanded once since opening?

Even a silly question? Can someone point out the shed where they used to film underwater scenes for the amazing Hulk Hogan TV show "Thunder in Paradise"? Seeing that little shed was always one of the highlights for me on the Backlot Tour.

I’m guessing that leftover parking area that they didn’t finish will have some connection to the resort. Maybe the resort parking will be there? I wonder if they will keep that back entrance to DHS open as an entrance to the resort?

Have you heard if people inside the company are extremely concerned about the size of land, being too small for the amount of demand it will have? Or is this just part of the plan to keep it this small for the time being?

I think being too small is a no brainier in or out the company.

It seems that unless you enjoy being shoulder to shoulder with other guests, this place should be avoided for about a year after opening. Lots of personal space violations will be experienced.

That'll be just mostly berm until used as a future attraction spot. So, it's a holding pad for expansion.

I worry that the bespoke, personalized and immersive experience Disney is promising with its SW hotel package will be severely hampered by the number of guests packed into the land. But, more people = more $$ and as a shareholder, I like that.
