Unclear at this time how many people involved in the fight may face possible arrest.

The footage, dated July 6, 2019, shows at least two men and two women involved in the brawl at Mickey's Toontown. Some tried to intervene and stop the altercation as children, along with other parkgoers, watched.
The guests, who are family members, were immediately escorted out of the park, a Disneyland official told KTLA.
"We do not condone this behavior," a statement from Disney said.
The case is now being investigated by Anaheim police, who did not immediately respond to request for more information.<<
Disneyland isn’t a public place, though, it’s private. People have to pay to get in and Disney is free to prevent whoever they want from entering. Guests like this should not be able to even get through the gates.This looks terrible for Disneyland. They really will need to work on security after this, the PR alone will kill them. Something went very wrong with the way security dealt with this. It is absurd how long it went on, how many customers had to get involved, the whole thing is tragic.
Public is just that- it's a public place, there will always be incidents, but they truly need to have a more effective plan for dealing with violence in the parks.
