News Country Bear Jamboree is getting new songs and acts

It's likely that all the songs have been recorded -- especially since they've shown us a recording session for "Bear Necessities." At this stage of development, they're not racking their brains for what songs to use for an attraction they're closing in 10 days to refresh.

It's not a matter of racking our brains to suggest songs, but to guess what has been chosen.

I’m thinking of Jessica Rabbit’s song, jk no way they do that now.

More likely: Someday my Prince will come, A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes, Feed the Birds, Part of Your World, Into the Unknown. If we include Fox movies, I think she could countrify Heart Will Go On too.

Im trying to think of a good song for her from the Disney catalog and nothing is coming to mind but I agree they are going to have to better than that....Baby Mine?

Bonnie Raitt did a version of that in the 90s from a very strange and fabulous album called "Stay Awake"all reinterpretations of Disney songs by then current artists... It was meant to be a little avant-garde... The version of Heigh Ho is completely unrecognizable in a bad way, but most of the rest are pretty interesting.

I'm curious if they just stuck Teddi with Wendell on the poster to save space...in the past they always pair Teddi with Henry.

Plus would they need to turn Teddi's AA around to face Wendell if that was the case?

(By the way me guessing if Teddi's number would be "Can You Feel" was probably a bad one, it was just the first one I thought on the top of my head.)

Would be nice to see the meetable Bears themselves in attendance, perhaps after the show outside the venue?

While would be fun, no way Disney would want to pay for the licensing rights to play music that isn’t their own.

You’re probably right. I have to wonder if they still have to pay some kind of royalty to their own songwriters, even if Disney owns the music itself.

Probably not. Although I’m not very well versed in the music industry. I would assume no, and that they probably pay Disney Music a fee

It's also an obvious change, but I wonder if they'll replace the CBJ poster under the train station at the entrance with the new one we've seen with the Opening 2024 replaced with Frontierland or something.
