Yep, powered through it with more deaths then neighboring countries and could be in worst recession possibly since WW2. A poll 2 weeks ago even has the Swedes saying it was a wrong way to handle it. But go ahead believing they did great.

The science, since you brought it up says the less infections, the less death. We all can agree that it doesn’t young people don’t die at a high rate as older people but, and this is what some here keep dodging. They spread it by not obeying the science. Which in turn effects others, which in turn could effect seniors. Being stupid by going out without science, then coming home to mom and dad and grandparents is just selfish. It’s the reason the numbers have skyrocketed in some places and it could be the reason that more people die.
I’ve been in the house for 2 months and I need a beer and no one is going to stop me is foolish and not caring for others.

I can't speak for her but for me other then getting groceries once a week and going to work I have pretty much stayed home. Friday was the first time I have eaten since this started. The only reason I did was it was a patio. I feel much safer outside eating then indoors. I will spending my summer at my trailer away from as many people as possible. I doubt I will set foot in a theme park this year and that's something I usually spend my summers doing. Its not that I am living in fear, its that I don't trust others with my health. Too many Covidiots right now. If we would all just practice social distancing things would be better.

Yes. They will have some physical distancing (like between chairs on the deck) but pools open and no masks required in the water (for obvious reasons). What was unclear to me is they did say that the resorts would have capacity restrictions on amenities but no specifics on what types of limits (if any) on the pools themselves.

No just an 8 month old. Even if she was older none of what I am doing would change. I have my get away place for the summer. There is too many that either downplay this or just don't care about others.

No, it did not coincide with the protests. If it did you'd expect to see big spikes in MN, NY and PA - all sites of the biggest protests. The reality is this does well in air conditioned environments where people aren't masked. This coincides with Phase 2 of most states reopening - higher capacity restaurants, bars open, etc.

For your sake I hope there’s no pandemics when she’s a teen. My kids have done OK because they were homeschooled to begin with and they are gaming nerds.
