Attraction Design - Planet Coaster Progress
Queue- Guests would start through the nursery, with similar effects to the WDW queue. Guests would end up traveling into the dreams of the darling children about Neverland itself. Guests would walk through hangman's tree, the forest, the mermaid area, and maybe the pirate cove before going to the boarding area.
Ride through- Like most interpretations of the ride, guests would begin soaring through the nursery. They will see the children beginning to fly with pixie dust effects. They will also see Peter's shadow on the wall signalling them to follow, and he will utter his famous line, "come on everybody, here we go". As guests fly out of the nursery, grounded Nana will begin to float with pixie dust, but she will be tied to her doghouse like a balloon. Guests will soar over London. They will transition to a scene of a slightly closer perspective of Big Ben, and they will see Peter and the gang land on the clock. Guests will head to the second star to the right, and it will explode with magic as they approach it. The classic "flight over Neverland" scene will commence, but after that, the ride vehicle will land on Neverland. Guests will go through the forest, past hangman's tree, and they'll see John leading the lost boys with the song "Following the leader". Then they will see the boys caught by the natives. Next, guests will go to mermaid lagoon where they will spy on hook taking tiger lily away. This is when they will first see the comedic crocodile Pursuing hook. Guests will go to skull rock and will encounter Hook and Pan duelling for the life of Tiger Lily. Then, guests will travel to the camp of the natives, where a celebration is taking place. The next scene will be a screen based one where Hook will kidnap the kids. However, Pan will come to their rescue, and he'll lead you to the Jolly Roger, where he will duel with Hook once again. On the other side of the mast, Peter will be at the helm, as the ship turns gold with pixie dust. In the last scene, guests will be back in the nursery with the darling children and their parents, looking at the flying ship in the sky through the window.

Flight of the Phoenix - Walk-Through

In 1336 A.D., in the lonely isolation of the Middleton Mountains, a group of mystical sorcerers gather together to discover what secrets the world has in store. Outcast for their outlandish claims that creatures such as dragons and phoenix exist, the group of sorcerers, known as "The Planters" - use the Middleton Mountains to explore their powers and see what lies beyond our worldly understanding. While the group's code was to only use their sorcery for good, one of the group members, Sir Harriett, deferred on this request. He was ambitious, and on a quest to prove he was the most powerful of all in the organization, however it drew much resistance from the rest of his companions. Eventually outcast from The Planters, Harriett traveled through the lush forests of the Middleton Mountains, plotting revenge on the group he felt betrayed his quest for knowledge.
Seeking answers, Harriett stumbled upon a prayer garden, complete with an eclectic variety of beautiful, sprouting vegetation, and a stone passageway into the mountains with the crest in Latin:
Nisi Si Vobis Quaerunt Intrare (Only Enter If You Seek)
Intrigued by the proclamation, Harriett entered the mountain and walked inside the dark and abandoned cave. Immediately upon entering, a flash of light and twinkling stars enveloped the cave, and a howling wind deafened Harriett's ears. Colorful streams guided him further into the cave and towards a silver monument to a dragon. The mighty beast's mouth gaped open and perching on the ledge of a rock formation, intimidating those who could see it.
A voice-over bellowed at Harriett that he must learn the sorcery behind this mystical creature. Study it and learn, only then will he be able to defeat his arch-enemies, The Planters. The knowledge he would receive from this cave would propel him to be the most powerful sorcerer in all of Europe.
Harriett jumped at this opportunity and spent the next months and years with the beast, plotting his revenge in the meantime. After years of training with the dragon, Harriett set off towards his old group, set on destroying them once and for all.
Yet while Harriett sought personal power, he was isolated from The Planters before learning that true power comes from teamwork and trust. While the mythical dragon lay in the confines of the mountains, the mighty phoenix, given its powers from all of The Planters, is the most powerful creature in all the land.
An epic battle awaits. Two sides fighting for what they believe, and you will be pressed right in the middle of the action as you walk through the majesty of the mystical forest.

Here is a quickie hand drawn effort to visualize a new trackless version of Storybook Land Canal Boats in the courtyard/garden space directly beyond the castle walls. Storybook Land sits alongside and compliments the Peoplemover-style Casey Jr. ride, which traverses all of Fantasyland. Meanwhile, Storybook Land summarizes Fantasyland in miniature, with quaint models depicting locations from dozens of Disney animated films. Looking over this plan, I'd like to incorporate more waterfalls and waterways feeding Storybook Land from other nearby attractions (such as the Pinocchio boat ride), really connect everything together.
Casey Jr. is elevated overhead (it even passes over the canals). Storybook Land is sunken below the main walkways. Vantage points along the walkways provide partially-obscured views of the models below (assume more landscaping than drawn). The ride's layout mirrors Fantasyland as a whole; Toad Hall is located in the same location in Storybook Land as in Fantasyland, and so on. It's like a map of the land found at its entrance! Note the observation deck and stairs south of the ride (inspired by the castle in Paris).
Storybook Land Canal Boats use the DisneySea Aquatopia LPS ride system. Three-person boats continually load from a roofed dock and glide freely from one model scene to another. On-board speakers play Disney songs to go with the models. Each model has little scenes which play out for each boat. Using Neverland as an example, pixie dust sparkles and Hook's pirate ship flies up from the waters. The trackless boats will occasionally spin in place and dance around each other. Each boat visits each model, but in no set order. Add arcing water sprays and other fun decorative elements, and the total effect is very kinetic.
This is a solid C-ticket, to be sure, but a charming one, and I think a lovely introduction to the land.

I’m gonna spend some time fine-tuning and better illustrating Storybook Land Canal Boats. To do so, I’d like to finalize a list of model scenes by cross-referencing what they have at the Disneyland and Paris versions…

Also in the other versions, the boats travel through gigantic characters' mouths. In Disneyland, they enter Monstro the Whale. In Paris, the Cave of Wonders. I am at a loss to think up a third version.

“Pre-Show” / Load In Area -
Guests would start their experience in the outside holding area known as the “Village Square” whilst in this area, guests will have a chance to purchase show specific merchandise, as well as speciality food and beverage offerings. There are plenty of areas for guests to sit and relax whilst they wait to enter the amphitheatre. All surrounding buildings will be themed and styled to match the surrounding Fantasyland Area.
Guests views of the stage will be blocked by large castle walls, these will provide a great place to hide all of the technical control elements, as well as stage lighting and follow spots. 15mins before show time, the “gate keeper” will announce that the entry into the amphitheatre is now open.
Stage and Amphitheatre -
The amphitheatre itself is a combination of indoors and outdoors, the stage and all backstage areas will be housed in a large building, whereas the seating will be open aired, protected from the elements by a large tent/shade sail structure.
The stage will be built up of a large rock face on the right hand side of the stage, this will include trees and a working waterfall (this hides a special effect element). The left hand side of the stage will be made up of more village buildings, with a fountain of sorts in the centre. The “backdrop” to the stage will be a large multi format, LED Screen that will seperate into two different pieces to allow large set elements to enter the stage. This standard set will mainly be used for the narration, guest interaction and dialogue scenes.
For all IP specific dance/song numbers, a large sets & curtains will be flown in from the roof to allow the stage to change scene to scene. For example, during the Beauty and the Beast number, a red curtain with large golden windows will fly in, changing the look from a village, to beasts ball room.

I am still working on adding more and more elements to the show, as well as more featured IP’s. Ideally the show would run for around 30mins.
I’m soon going to begin the design of the 3D Model of the entire area.

Lol yep that's basically my reaction.
And Villains Land has a ton of content as well. Haunted Mansion, Villains Academy, and the Bald Mountain Queue. Plus @MonorailRed 's idea for a Nightmare Before Christmas restaurant -- with some custom art for it as well!
I'll do that summary tomorrow though...night everyone!

You were pretty good at drawing during the Princess and the Frog project! Held our team together for the most part along with other artists!
