I would be really surprise if they release anything. Disney typically fights for sealment all records relating to their property. An arrest record will show up but don’t expect anything past that.

I expect the initial report to have redactions. That’s completely normal. If criminal charges move forward, most - if not all - will eventually be revealed under Florida’s Sunshine Laws. I’m sure Disney will want the suspect(s) prosecuted if the truth is anything like the rumors (ie. Buzzy stolen ). They’d also pursue civil suits. Vigorously.

is WDWmagic under some kind of gag order if Disney isnt a fan of if here? this is BY FAR one of the most open and tolerant (chuckles) forums there is for disney parks fandom no other site will let you dive deep down rabbit holds often times smearing the heck out of disney on the way down like WDWmagic. this site is run as balanced as i think humanely possible.

Steve typically does not like unauthorized backstage photos being posted here due to the threat of Disney taking legal action, but with a story as newsworthy as this one, I'm assuming if photos surface of the empty CC theater, he would let them stay. Similar to how he allowed the Stitch photos to stay up. If for whatever reason he does not want the photos posted, I can't see him closing this thread, because this is certainly a thread worth keeping open. In that case, he would most likely just request that people don't post them here. Steve has good judgement and he typically makes the right call on things like this.

-River Country (Set to be demo'd next year though)

-Discovery Island (No known future)

-Wonders of Life (Animatronic stolen from it, and looking to be gutted and partially demolished next year)

-Stitch's Great Escape (Animatronics ripped apart)

-Food Rocks

-DisneyQuest (For about three months before being demo'd)

-20K Leagues (until it was finally demo'd 10 years after abandonment)

-Studio Backlot Tour (until it was finally demo'd 2 years after abandonment)

LOL. Brayden is far from a reliable source. He is entertaining though. Also a picture showing he is no longer mounted to his perch doesn’t confirm it is stolen. Maybe it was removed to the archives or central shops.

He was a little shaky in his early days, but he is pretty good now. He does seem to have some reliable sources.

He has the photos. He wouldn't grandstand. It may have been a middle schooler who "broke" the story, but there are definitely photos

I'm sure Disney's delighted to have this to deal with during the most hellish week of their year. Perhaps they will feel less of a need to crack down on the story, or at any rate they can use this to make an example of the guy to any would-be UE's.

Not a clue. He posted a picture of him editing a thanos effect of Buzzy onto the picture of him missing though. You can clearly see the cut hydraulics and empty base (with a do not destroy tag on it, lol) if you squint hard enough
