just called about switching to this deal for our 11/28 - 12/5 trip at the poly and they said the only available deluxe right now was the yacht club (the poly is booked already so they cant change my ressies until something else opens up for this new deal!?). im not sure why they are offering this if all the resorts are booked with the free dining thing.

It's available for all resorts, as far as we can tell.

We're also hearing that Disney's pulled the offer from its computer systems as of late Monday morning, and they're going to wait for the official announcement later this week. Let me know if you hear different, please.

A couple of folks have posted to our blog that they were able to book moderates with considerable savings. If Pam and the other agents at KK have any news on this, that'd be good to know too.

Was just able to book Port Orlenas Riverside waterview on the buy 4 get 3 free. The woman who helped me said the rooms were going faster than they had anticipated.

Not to sound condescending, but this is the exact reason we decided against the DVC membership. It seems like you can do much better (value wise) without doing DVC. With that being said, you're right. It doesn't seem fair.

Us too !! We have checked into the DVC many times also. But with all the extras and discounts always given, I think it is much cheaper not to buy into the DVC. Maybe if you didn't have to pay the annual maintenance fees??

Nope. Just called to see if it was worth any savings. The woman on the phone said right up front to me that 9 days at Carribean Beach with free dining that I currently have booked was way cheaper than rebooking at "4 for 7" just for the room. Especially with 4 people getting free dining with my existing offer.

There is no free dining with this offer. It's only for lodging.

We're trying to book our January trip with the B4G3 free deal!! Update this post when I find out if it was still available.
Edit: so we just booked Caribbean beach for two ajoining rooms 5 days with 3 free which also applies to your park hopper tickets. We booked it for just under 3,000$ for four of us.

It officially come out wednesday the lady at reservations said...but they can do it now for you..and yes the campgrounds are included I just booked mine there for march..

She also told me the 180 days to book dining starts in April, I thought it started again in October?

Sounds like one of those true from a certain point of view things. 4/25/2010 will be the farthest date out you can book on 10/27/2009.

You should be able to book ADR's for a March trip when the system switches to 180 days out on 10/27/2009. The big downside is that on 10/27/2009 100 days worth of ADR's will open up vs the standard 10. I would plan on the system crashing quite often.

I booked Yacht club for mid-March on the 4/7 deal this morning at approx. 10 am.

I was told I could call on 10/27 to make my dining reservations.

Also, I had to pay for the 4-day myw base tickets (buy 4, get 7 on that, too), even though we are AP holders, but was told that as long as we don't use any of the days on the tickets, we can keep them and get the entire amount credited to our AP renewals. I was not allowed to do just the one day myw and get the 4/7 deal.

My question is this (didn't think to ask her when I had her on the line. Drat!):
If we decide we don't want to renew the AP, will the myw tickets still be good for use on a later trip, as long as we haven't used them at all?
