Buy 4 get 7 returning! Well sorta!

I booked Yacht club for mid-March on the 4/7 deal this morning at approx. 10 am.

I was told I could call on 10/27 to make my dining reservations.

Also, I had to pay for the 4-day myw base tickets (buy 4, get 7 on that, too), even though we are AP holders, but was told that as long as we don't use any of the days on the tickets, we can keep them and get the entire amount credited to our AP renewals. I was not allowed to do just the one day myw and get the 4/7 deal.

My question is this (didn't think to ask her when I had her on the line. Drat!):
If we decide we don't want to renew the AP, will the myw tickets still be good for use on a later trip, as long as we haven't used them at all?

As long as you do not use them they will be good indefinitely.

I'm pretty sure you can use them at any time, but you can't break it up. They have to be used by like 14 days after your first use.

Was just able to book POFQ with the package on the phone. Incidentally, the man asked me where I had heard about this offer. When I said, rather innocuously, "Online" he persisted and asked specifically where. I found that interesting.

If I call tomorrow (before the deal is "officially" released) do I ask about this deal right away or what? I've only booked one WDW trip before and that was almost 2 years ago. I'm pretty clueless about this stuff.

Asked and received for mid-Jan at POP. Yes, it's 5/2 at Values, and no, there is no gift card this year per the guy I booked with.

Of course, this guy also tacked insurance onto my res w/o mentioning it, and gave me a 6 day MYW ticket on a 7 day package, so I'm about to have to call back.

Yeah. I'm on hold right now. The CM I got asked where I heard it because it's not released yet. She also was persistent and wanted to know which websites I heard it on. She said she was required to ask. :shrug:

Lucille ask about the offer chances are they won't offer it even after it's been announced or they didn't last year when my family booked our trip we hadto ask for it.

We didn't go in January 2009. We were there in January 2008. The crowds were pretty low (at least I thought so anyway.) So I'm wondering if this 4/3 stuff made it crowded in 09.

It didn't seem any more busy than a normal January to me.

Yes, ask for the buy 5 get 2 free deal if you will be staying at PC. I would not wait since this has already been sent out in emails by MouseSavers.

I just took advantage of the offer. I had booked POR for 3/13-3/20 and called to see if I could apply the offer to that reservation. The man I talked with said yes and I even upgraded my room to a Waterview room and still saved $600. Thanks RinkRat14 for posting the information!!! :sohappy:

Nope. Just called to see if it was worth any savings. The woman on the phone said right up front to me that 9 days at Carribean Beach with free dining that I currently have booked was way cheaper than rebooking at "4 for 7" just for the room. Especially with 4 people getting free dining with my existing offer.

There is no free dining with this offer. It's only for lodging.

You do not need any type of code. I just told them I had heard that the 4/3 for Moderates was coming back and was available in March 2010. I then asked if I could apply that to my current reservation. He said no problem.

I called and got the 5/3 deal for Pop Century in late January. WOO! The guy was really nice and it was quick. He didn't even ask where I heard about the deal or anything.

We're trying to book our January trip with the B4G3 free deal!! Update this post when I find out if it was still available.
Edit: so we just booked Caribbean beach for two ajoining rooms 5 days with 3 free which also applies to your park hopper tickets. We booked it for just under 3,000$ for four of us.

Wait, so if you buy 4 nights + 4 park hopper tickets you get 3 nights + 3 day park hoppers for free? I thought this was only for lodging?

It officially come out wednesday the lady at reservations said...but they can do it now for you..and yes the campgrounds are included I just booked mine there for march..

She also told me the 180 days to book dining starts in April, I thought it started again in October?

Was this in the campground or the cabins?
