Thank you! I’ve not kept up with this one as much as I normally would have.I’ve not heard no. Which isn’t a definite of course.

Oooooh, nice find!Original model for Brazil here. https://insightsandsounds.blogspot.com/2018/07/original-brazil-model-for-epcot-centers.html
I think that is correct also.I belive the model photo is from the 1978 Showcase, not one proposed for the park as finally built.
Man, you've been more fiesty than usual. Did you take a break, I haven't seen you post in a while. Any way......insider confirmed...print it

Shout out to @Scuttle for being mentioned in this! (not the best article, it kind of goes all over the place, but yay Scuttle)
@marni1971 the article says that Brazil is expected to have an attraction attached, however, since you’ve reported that the plans as you know them don’t include one, I wanted to ask, if you know if that’s still the case and we won’t get an attraction with the Pavilion, or if something has changed?https://www.orlandoweekly.com/Blogs...-spending-450-million-on-a-new-epcot-pavilion

Honestly, they'll still have the other pavilion next to Germany if they wanted to move the trains. I think it was discussed in the other Brazil thread that it wasn't the plan to do so though.Wait... this would go between Germany and Italy? #SaveTheTrains

That’s not an entirely accurate article. So far as I know, no attraction at this time. Hopefully it changes. There’s certainly plans for one (an E)@marni1971 the article says that Brazil is expected to have an attraction attached, however, since you’ve reported that the plans as you know them don’t include one, I wanted to ask, if you know if that’s still the case and we won’t get an attraction with the Pavilion, or if something has changed?
Thanks for the info, that sounds really exciting, hopefully they follow thru with that E! And hopefully it’s IPless, unless they use the Three Caballeros, I can’t think of another IP that would fit Brazil, so that’s something to hopefully lookout for! That’s not an entirely accurate article. The financial figures are old news; did Scuttle say they were recent (I really don’t know)
Spain isn’t "cancelled". It’s just nowhere near the top of the list.
I hope so too! But I'm not getting my hopes up because they love adding IP and soemtimes it is really bad. *cough* Pixar Pier *cough*Thanks for the info, that sounds really exciting, hopefully they follow thru with that E! They do love adding IPs, but at the moment there are only two IP possibilities I see, one with the Three Caballeros (which would make Coco over Mexico happen), and would overall be okay with that (although I feel like the potential for an IPless Brazil is bigger), or using Rio (Blue Sky Movie) for the attraction, but I’m having a hard time picturing them using it, as they might end up selling Blue Sky (maybe?) but who knows.I hope so too! I agree. That figure included an attraction. A more recent, lower figure didn’t. Hopefully saner heads prevail.Even with Disney's inflated budgets, 450 million seems like a lot for a pavilion that doesn't include a ride.
I saw nothing of an attraction layout. Not saying it isn’t included, I just didn’t see it. The info I have is 6-9 months old I’ve been told. That’s not an entirely accurate article. So far as I know, no attraction at this time. Hopefully it changes. There’s certainly plans for one (an E)

As of this month the pavilion is still happening. 2022 opening.
