True, just wanted to point out SEC filings are not the end-all, be-all of financial filings. I agree that SEC filings are almost certainly more useful than a marketing blog post. Many of whom faced legal trouble because of the false filings. It's illegal to report false information to the SEC. And yes, people break the law. But I put more credence in an SEC filing than a marketing blog post, for example. Generally you have to assume that they are accurate unless evidence dictates otherwise. It is a bit more than buyer beware.
Sure. But those things tend to be caught pretty quickly. And aren't from the companies themselves.
I just want the entrance to look somewhat decent again. We all know it won't look like this in today's age.I’m the opposite, I’ve never minded Leave a Legacy too much, at least they’re aesthetically pleasing despite the location. The nets are just thrown in there though.
Either way, I’m just ready for a change, and for them to get going on something already.

Kind of FW related? Just wanted to stick this in one of the Epcot threads.
Whatever they're doing, it sure has taken a long time to dig/open a hole.
Gonna need a bigger hole to bury all those legacy slabs. Just sayin'
LOL
That was the plan. They could recreate this. Even improve on it.
Was the plan? Is that plans replacement better or worse then what we have now? I can't see it getting any worse unless they build a 15ft tall, pole based wall after the tap-stiles for visitors to get over. That was the plan.
Also with flags.
Since the hotel was axed I don’t know if this one came back. I’d hope so.Was the plan? Is that plans replacement better or worse then what we have now? I can't see it getting any worse unless they build a 15ft tall, pole based wall after the tap-stiles for visitors to get over.

I believe the funds were earmarked for other projects.I'm surprised the Hotel was axed. I'm assuming Reflections was the project that got the go ahead instead?

Wish granted. SSE has been demolished and replaced with a giant, non-functional replica of SMRT-1.All they need to do is bring back SMRT-1.
All they need to do is bring back SMRT-1.
SMRT-1 is one of the most iconic characters of Epcot Center next to Figment. All they need to do is bring back SMRT-1.
Unlike a couple videos existing of Dreamfinder and Figment interacting with guests made between the 1980s and 1990s. It's not very east stumbling upon footage of SMRT-1 in action. This is why I really enjoyed finding this one video from the 1980s that showed guests interacting with SMRT-1. If they ever brought the robot back it needs to come with some updates and newer features. For starters a more robotic sounding voice. But in all seriousness, having him back in some form would be wonderful. Why not???
