The one promoting Monsters University was better than the one for Star Wars.Yeah, that would make no logistical sense whatsoever. A show projected onto Spaceship Earth is more likely, and appropriate.

Nope.On the latest Jim and @lentesta show they suggested that part of the $2 billion allocated to Epcot could be going to the rumored hotel.
Nope.
The highest full figure is slightly more, not including a resort.
DHS once SWL opens will be around 2 billion. TRON obviously is now going elsewhere and the parking garages aren't happening. That's half a billion not being spent. For the other half I've no idea.Slightly related- we heard a lot about 3.5 billion or so for DHS and about 350 for MK/Epcot/AK, a few years back. Did they basically end up realizing Epcot was a disaster and shift a large portion of money (and projects) to Epcot as a result?
I understand 2 odd billion for Epcot, but I'm certainly no longer seeing 3-odd for DHS anymore.

Epcot could easily have pushed three billion in the next eight years.
Does the "slight more than $2 billion" figure include any portion of the Skyliner?Nope.

No. That's it's own entity.Does the "slight more than $2 billion" figure include any portion of the Skyliner?
@marni1971 correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Tron for DHS slated to be a Fantasmic replacement? Thanks. That's the first I've ever heard that Tron was considered a DHS project.
I was thinking more along the lines of Ratatouille and Guardians both at one point being DHS considerations (albeit the second in a much different form).
I'm still a bit confused on the entertainment redo. That seems the far simpler task they could have been plugging away at.
At one time it was explored yes.@marni1971 correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Tron for DHS slated to be a Fantasmic replacement?
Thanks. Glad that didn't happen. TL in MK is a much better fit and needs it more IMOAt one time it was explored yes.
TL needs something. Not this IMHO.Thanks. Glad that didn't happen. TL in MK is a much better fit and needs it more IMO
Say a Guardians of the Galaxy ride?TL needs something. Not this IMHO.
Well I would have much rather seen a unique-to-WDW attraction coming instead. Make that 2. One to replace Stitch and something in addition.TL needs something. Not this IMHO.
Maybe. But not a second roller coaster in the dark right next to the first.Say a Guardians of the Galaxy ride?
