Ok, I've got 2 pics. The first one is Pete still with all the gunk, and in the second one he's already clean. I've got more, and better ones, but I still have to upload them to the computer. We got back from the hospital yesterday, and these 2 that I have came with my folks on the first day.

Psht, yeah, my husband wanted it to be a surprise yet he was the one who wanted the 3D so badly. I said OK, if we are going to see the face, what's left of the surprise? Tell me the gender too!

In hindsight I am really REALLY glad we did it because she is still transverse (sideways) and at least we know it doesn't appear to be for any scary reason (abnormalities)- she's simply just comfortable that way. Like laying in a hammock. Takes after Mom :king:

*impatiently awaits Roddy's pictures*

Well, that's great news! Yay for baby girls!! I can't wait to hear what you name her-if I had a baby girl tomorrow I wouldn't be able to pick a name. She would have like 4 middle names. Not really, but you know what I mean.

And Pete is just adorable!!! I think Pete seems to fit him quite well. I like traditional names. Pete is nice. He looks like he likes it. :D

Well, it ain't very traditional down here. After all, Peter in Portuguese is Pedro. It took us a looooong while to convince my side of the family. But this was a dream of mine, I had to do it for Peter Parker, Peter Pan and all the other cool Peters out there. :king:

And thanks for all the praise, guys. It warms a new dad's heart. :p Hopefully, he'll have the Diz-gene. I did make a Disney CD for him, with MP3s from several movies and music from the parks. He spent the whole day at the hospital listening to it. We'll see how he handles it...

Did Julia listen to Disney while she was pregnant? If she did, you'll probably find that it relaxes him. A lot of moms have told me that whatever they played before the baby was born had a calming effect once they were on the outside.

Well, the CD was ready only days before the birth, so it couldn't really help there. We do have on lullaby CD that we used to play at noght for the belly, which is the one we'll be using whenever he's throwing a fuss. But yeah, there was always something Disney going on around her, either movies, the Disney Channel, cartoons... ;)

I never would have thought of that. But good for you for doing it your way.
