Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

Higher capacity than the proposed coaster at one point, which was axed for that reason. And if this matches the Peter Pan vehicle, it could fit 3-4 per row, pending size of guest. So I’d say at-least 9 per vehicle, as that’s 3 rows.
The concept art shown back in 2022 had a capacity of 12 riders.
I believe that HK has already a budget for this attraction and the next offering for the park after the Frozen expansion ends.
I assume Paris is also getting it after their Frozen expansion is done. They have the now abandoned Lights Motor Action arena and there appears to be no plans (that have been announced at least) for the space that would have housed the now cancelled Paris SWGE. Porting over the Avengers E ticket would be a no brainer as a way to tide guests over until they can figure out a replacement for SWGE.

Paris announced a few weeks ago a new Alice in Wonderland (Tim Burton's version) show in the stunt show arena coming in Spring 2024, so the arena is not going anywhere for now and blocks any possible expansion of AC in the near future.

HK however is opening Frozen in November and has nothing substantial officially in the pipeline after that, and a reserved parcel of flat land for another Stark Expo ride...

I think he means the heads look like they’re facing the side of the vehicle, I see what he means, but I see them facing forward so it could just be because they’re vague silhouettes.
I think we're saying the same thing? At first I thought they were looking into the light but I can also see how they might be looking to the back/left.

To me it looks like the "headlights" are the back of the vehicle. Power thrusters, maybe? I think the riders are facing forward. If that was the side then the vehicle would not be symmetrical.

Looks like they’re facing the left side. Looks like we re looking at the back of that guys head and what appears to be a head rest.

To me it looks like we're looking at the back of the vehicle and that riders are facing front and looking toward the portal the vehicle is about to go through. But since its concept art that is only meant to give a vague representation of the ride vehicle I wouldn't read too much into it.

Yeah I know it’s concept art but this is what we do here. Can’t help but notice that they seem to be facing the side. It’s clearly the back of a balding man’s head.

Everybody is saying its like spiderman ride in Universal, But what some don't understand that the ride vehicles will be hanging from the ceiling, Moving to different locations. This is a first in technology for attractions within the disney parks.

No its not avatar flight of passage its a brand new never before seen in theme parks.
Thought that was the idea for the scrapped Wakanda version, not this.

Yes it looks like the back of the guys head, but in my opinion he is facing the portal not to the left, ie the same direction the vehicle is heading.

And what you are calling a head rest, I think is actually another person's head.

I'm beginning to wonder if they will be trying to merge some of these concepts together, including the original announced Battle for Wakanda ride vehicle concept.
I just hope whatever it is is fun for the people who ride it (which will not be me based on every attraction they've made in the past decade OTHER than WEB SLINGERS which I really enjoy and can actually go on without getting motion sickness!) :)

As to the Wakanda attraction concept, it sounded fairly low capacity of something that would break up into individual ride modules. And I would hope that whatever the new attraction is has a good capacity turnaround. And a fun queue would be nice, too. (I love the Mission: BREAKOUT! queue even if I then have to leave it via the chicken out exit because I can't ride the attraction. Terrific theming.)

I have no idea what type of ride vehicle this will use. But having a suspended ride vehicle seems really cool for the story they want to tell. A trackless vehicle, even advanced ones like ROTR or MMRR, just doesn't seem like it can convey the same type of jumping through the multiverse story they want to tell.

I have a feeling on capacity, while important from an operational perspective, will be less important but may end up with medium capacity. So my gut feeling is it'll be similar to ROTR or MMRR capacity levels.

A suspended Spider-Man from IOA would definitely change my perception and off the top of my head would be a first of its kind right? I guess FJ/ a Kuka arm isn’t that far off. It would be nice to get a little more speed though.

At the last D23 there was evidence that the Avenger's attraction would use the same ride system as Disneysea's Peter Pan. What surprises me is how little information is out there about that ride, especially having been announced five years ago. It would likely give us a better picture of what to expect at Avenger's Campus.

I came across this earlier concept illustration. It was even less helpful.

Wait... is the ship going into the portal and those are thrusters, or is it coming out of the portal and those are headlights?

I think it mainly has to do with OLC being the ones who release this information first, followed up by Disney. In due time OLC will share all the details about the rides and an opening date I hope.
