AVATAR land construction progress

I wonder if they will raise the height of the berm and replant some tall trees to block the view of Pandora from outside the park.
That sounds like what they are doing. I was watching a YouTube update video and they are starting to plant trees to block out the floating mountains that you could see the past year. I am totally okay with this happening. It will make it feel more real if you can't really see it before walking into the land. Also, in the video, there were areas lit up in Avatar at night which makes you believe that they are working longer hours to either catch up or get ahead of their timeline.

It's almost at the same level of quality as Africa.
Africa is awesome. I can't wait to head back to DAK in our visit in December. We are rope dropping DAK Monday during the morning EMH and stay till mid afternoon. Then we are going back later in the week to take in the night time offerings. Hopefully ROL will be up and running.
I plan on taking pictures of AvatarLand. There are several people saying CM are telling visitors not to take pictures. I'll just act like I don't know any better.

Good catch, twebber55!
From same video, you can see that they're getting close to finish the next mountain (second from left/first "free-flowing"). They're almost done at the bottom:

Here's an even closer look:

Me like :hungry:

I like how they are starting to blend the land in with real trees and bambo. It sucks that it will get to the point where we might not get to see much until the land opens up.

Can't wait to see the waterfalls soon.

I was wondering about those. There doesn't seem to be a "natural" water flow point (or "erosion line") in the rocks. Where will the waterfall flow from? I know they will pump the water out of the top but shouldn't it have a channel of some sort to spill over the side and give the waterfall a cleaner look rather than just flow over the side and go everywhere?
