I was thinking the same thing. With most of the structures enclosed at this point and the majority of site work done, hopefully 2016 will be pretty much installing details, finishes & landscaping then testing of the rides.

I'm banking on a spring 2017 opening.

Whilst I know you should never plan trips around an opening, I'd be disappointed if I missed out by a week or 2 so I'm thinking June/July 2017. I guess Disney will want this open for summer so they can advertise it as a new offering for 2017.

im thinking the one we re seeing is taking so long because it has the huge water feature

Rock work isn't quick, but they are moving at a normal pace though in my opinion.. Im confident it will most likely be a 2017 opening, but I can't count on a specific season just yet.
