Whoa, are you talkin' $50 on top of the $75? And that's in US$ isn't it!?! That's a bit steep for me! I may have to hold out on this one. Does it really cost $50 to ship a magazine to Canada 4 times a year!?!

Too bad!:(
What can I say? Seems the going rate for shipping is approx 2/3 of the price. I also ordered some merch, T-Shirt, Golf shirt and ballcap, $85 + $55 S&H.

Looking at some of the prices 90.00 for a frame.. Though the membership price is not that bad. I am still on the fence about joining. However if they release Member only (not the stylish 80's jackets) dvd's IE Song of the South. I would join . They do have a Song of the South Lithograph

and what does Tiw mean?

Actually, the site says "Free shipping" and the details make no mention that international orders are excluded, I emailed them to ask why I was charged for it. Maybe they'll reverse it.

A pen for $849 is not a pen, it's a writing instrument. :ROFLOL: Believe it or not, there is a HUGE following (downright fetish) for expensive writing instruments. Pens are like artwork. To somebody, its worth millions; to us, its suitable for going into a drawer never to be seen again except when we find out we could be downright rich if we put it on Ebay.

I say this from experience for I used to be the lead repair technician for S.T. Dupont here in the United States back in the 1990's. You can get 24K gold nibs for your fountain pen; diamond encrusted clips for the cap, etc. There are cigarette lighters for THOUSANDS of dollars!

Yeah, I noticed that too. I read it and didn't see it mentioned anywhere either!

Oh, like anybody would ever want to join a Disney Adventurers Club. :lookaroun
Yeah, silly idea I know...

That was a membership that we got at absolutely no cost and had absolutely no benefits. Maybe if they charged us for it it would still be around.:D
If I knew it would have changed things, I would have gladly paid admission and membership fee, but Disney had its mind made up.

Pleasure Island?

Iger calls expo "the largest most impressive gathering of Disney all together"
That would be EPCOTs 25 Anniversary Mr. Iger.

I'll pass on this "club". I think $75 would be better spent on maintaining wdwmagic.
