Whelp, now I'm in the mood to watch Kill Bill. :lol:
The simple fact is that Lil Rounds needs to go. The rest were fine, but ugh, Lil Rounds really just needs to go.

Bottom three: Lil, Kris and Matt. I don't think either guy was nearly as bad as the judges made it seem, Lil was given more credit than she deserved.
I thought Anoop was very good, Danny moderately good, Allison fair and Adam was good but had too much techno-effect on his mike and it detracted [that and every biker in America and probably every other country watching wants to kill him... :lookaroun].
I pray Lil's time has come, but I fear her "constituency" will keep her around for another week of two and Matt might be in danger.

Adam sort of put a Led Zeppelin spin on the song - I kind of liked it. My favorite tonite was Allison. Don't like the song she chose, but I liked her version. Least favorite was Matt. Bad song, bad version.

Allison - One of her worst performances. It was still better than virtually all of the others, as she has real talent.
Anoop - Tarantino was dead-on. Anoop needed to add an edge, some sort of emotion to his vocal. He did, and it worked.
Adam - Unbelievably phenomenal last week, thoroughly annoying this week. Screechy and lacking melody. I couldn't wait for it to be over.
Matt - Picked a boring song and didn't make it better.
Danny - Picked an even more boring song and made it slightly better.
Kris - Picked yet an even more boring song and didn't do much with it.
Lil - What did she sing? Something vaguely resembling "The Rose". The words were pretty similar, but the music was a complete mess.
Best of the night: Anoop. Second best: Allison by default.

I almost completely agree. I thought Kris was probably the 2nd best, but everything else I think it pretty much how it was.

Agree with all of this. Personally, I haven't liked Lil from the beginning. The first song I heard her sing, she was decent til she hit the end, then she was trying to hit notes out of her range and it got really shaky. She hasn't regained composure since, IMO. I'm ready and anxious to see her go.

Well, I looked up the AOL poll and it says Lil...now whether or not that's true...no idea, but that's who AOL users think should go. (I agree, however, I thought Matt was worse tonight than Lil...and I love Matt...I'd hate to see him go.)

The problem with those polls nibbs... when you vote whould sho be VOTED OFF... well... Every single person who voted FOR the other six contestants might all vote that Lil should be voted off... meaning it'd be an overwhelming number...
But since the AI vote is for who should stay... Lil's followers are probably big...
(I don't think what I said makes sense but I know what I meant... :shrug

No...
I mean like...
If people voted for WHO SHOULD BE VOTED OFF... Meghan woulda been gone a lot earlier than she was...
like more people wanted her off than anyone else for awhile...
but you vote for who should stay... therefore all the people who wanted to vote her off (say it was 10,000,000) then divy up their votes among the other idols... and she had a lot of followers for awhile still voting her through... so she was making it through because other people had less followers...
So I think if you voted for who should be voted OFF... Lil is gone tonight... but you don't... you vote for who should stay, and she might get MORE votes FOR than anyone else...
Any better???
