Now I have rode on SSE almost 50 times in the last month so I don't know if it is my eyes wanting to see it or it actually has happened but today felt like there was many more triangles near the end of the descent than there was two days ago. Sorry no pictures today as it was busy in there tonight and I didn't want to spoil it for others, but may pop in tomorrow afternoon when it eases off a little bit to get some.

When brightened, you can see a new framework with mesh grill from which the cables hang from.... it looks like the frame goes right through the window and cylindrical set piece

One can hope not... :(

If she is, perhaps we can tell the Paperboy who's been shunned to the corner to go rescue her!

Oh, could we? They look like they'd make a nice couple. And if it means that the paperboy will face toward the ride vehicles again and i'd finally get to see this imfamous girl, I'm all for it! :)

Seriously though, the paperboy needs to be turned about 90 degrees counter-clockwise; he looks so strange in his current position. Don't know what they were thinking when they put him that way. :hammer::brick:

Are we sure that the support mesh actually goes through the showpice? It seems to me that it goes above it, or at least much higher than the window.
